3 times in a row...coffee is luke warm, at best, and egg bites are cold. The service is great though.

Don’t come to this location unless you want to be gaslit. I usually go to a different location because this one is very slow, but I was starving and nearby while running errands.

My drink was terrible - it was supposed to be a hot hazelnut latte with oat milk, but it tasted like burnt water. My breakfast sandwich also had a cheese wrapper in it. I had parked in front of the nearby nail salon to eat, and I mustered up the courage to ask for my drink to be remade, and the team didn’t believe me.

The new barista at the drive thru and the manager said that they hadn’t received my described order this morning, and they asked if I was at the right location. The manger was nice and remade my drink, but she continued to look at me as if I were CRAZY, even after I described the original barista whom I worked with - who confirmed my order twice.

I didn’t feel like I could bring up the wrapper in my sandwich, and I felt so uncomfortable and taken aback. I don’t recommend this location at ALL.

Tried to order a cortado (half espresso half steamed milk) was told they can’t do that but a latte is the same (it is in fact not the same, hence why they have different names). So I ordered a latte with an extra shot and light milk, they were unsure of what “light milk” was because “we already put oat milk in it so what do you mean light milk”
Overall terrible experience of baristas not knowing how to make coffee, bad attitudes, and lack of care.

Usually a great place to go depending on whos taking your order. My drink looked nothing like the picture but it was still good. I wonder if they gave me a completely different one or if they just forgot part of the ingredients. Very tasty though

Was there Saturday 11/22/25 at 11am .Took me 25 minutes from the time I ordered until I got around to the window and when I got around to the window, they asked me what was my order. Then took another Five minutes to get my food and coffee. Very disappointed in the service at this beans and brews location. Management needs to do better.

i like the coffee but horrible experience. i ordered ahead on the app, went up to the window and waited (no joke) 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. the guy asked my name twice because i guess he didn’t remember the first time? it took 48 min to get my drink after placing the order, so disappointed and it made me late!!

The churros are rock hard. I ordered a sandwich with add ons that I was charged for, but weren’t on my sandwich. I don’t think I have ever received a hot coffee here I have to reheat it everytime. Beans use to be great but they have really fallen off in the last few years.

best beans location in the world. Ava and Davyn are amazing I love them.

The churros are like rocks they heated them in the microwave obviously 🤦🏽‍♀️ I spent $17 on a coffee and those churros with caramel sauce I was excited to try them and hungry but I’m very disappointed 😔 why wouldn’t you make it quality it seems like that girl at the drive thru did not care about the food and the coffee is too sweet DO BETTER! I would not recommend this place

I really like this coffee shop - they make good coffee and have friendly staff, they just take a while. You’ll easily wait 15 minutes, even when it’s not peak times. Good coffee, but you’ll definitely be late for your next appointment if you pull through the drive through.

Paid $17 for a iced vanilla late and a iced mocha with whip cream. Ended up with a late with no vanilla and a mocha that tasted like pure syrup. Not worth it in the slightest.

Excellent coffee great service

Absolutely love this place. I go here daily! They have some of the best employees and usually have my coffee order down right when they see my car pull up. They rock!
