To summarize it yes I would eat here again, but they just need to work on the standards of food safety and cleanliness. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they just got done with a rush. I was a little disappointed to see that the salsa was sitting so long it had formed a cap on the container.

Clean and fast service like this cafe rio burritos are good and well prepared the fountain drinks are good portion size are good probably the best location for cafe rio very tasty always pricey but very tasty

Worst cafe rio I’ve been to. Drive Thru staff was on a video call the whole time. Food came out looking like it was slammed against the wall a few times. Won’t be going back.

Don't know why this place says they are open until 10. If you go in at 9 they have already emptied the drinks and are out of half the food. The staff isn't willing to put in any effort to make it a good experience.
Just came here again. Its 8:30, they close at 10 and won't make more guacamole. This place is terrible.

Literally doesn't matter which location, they ALWAYS mess up the order unless you order inside. Don't bother with drive thru or pickups it's never correct. Happens to me all the time at the SLC and west valley city location.

Cesar goes above and beyond. I attend this chipotle every Saturday afternoon and he makes it feel professional and a home every attendance. Very much appreciate the hardworking he puts in

This place is an absolute joke compared to other locations. The dining area was extremely filthy and so was the drinks area, and even the kitchen. The lettuce looks like it has been sitting out for two weeks and it looks like they shredded it in a blender, this place is violating several healthcode violations I’m sure and I would strongly suggest going to a different location even if it means you have to drive a little bit farther because this place is not worth it and will definitely make you sick.
