This meal was better than most of the fast food meals I’ve had this month. The shake was delicious and perfect to drink out of the straw, the burger was wrapped neatly and easy to eat on the go, the lettuce was so fresh and crispy. Those jalapeño bites are my new favorite.

Greedy cheap PoS. Paid almost $10 for 5 chicken fingers and they give two tiny dipping sauce that is enough to dip one finger in... They want me to eat 4 dry so they can save pennies in a dish that is twice as expensive already as anywhere else... Drove a ways before finding this and have to drive back (and then back where I'm going) which costs me several dollars in fuel then they tell me that for a refund I need to regurgitate the sandwich I ate because they will only refund the entire order not just part... Needless to say I will not be trying CJr again except for the free coupons I have.

Tried to use an app coupon at this location, and everyone was super rude and wouldn't let me use it or explain how to use it properly. Left the joint crying and hungry. Not a good place to eat if you're poor and trying to use coupons and app discounts 😥

Food is much better than other equivalent fast food places. Culver's is better but Carl's Jr. Is fantastic especially on the breakfast items.
I used to go here all the time, and still do from time to time. It’s seems to have gone downhill though. My most recent experience was horrendous. I went through drive-through and was the only person in the drive-through. Once at the window, they told me to drive around to the front door and they’d bring my food out to me. About 20 minutes later no one came out, so I went inside to find out they had forgotten my order. It looked as though they had prematurely marked it fulfilled. Thankfully they quickly put the order together after realizing the mistake and sent me on my way. Very odd experience for a fast food place for sure, especially since I was the only customer there that I could tell.
