Loved this brewery! I had the Miso sour beer, one of the most unique and great tasting beers I’ve had in a while. I like how they aren’t afraid to brew different beers you can’t find at other breweries. The owner is very friendly and it’s a comfortable atmosphere. We really enjoyed visiting

What a unique concept. Ski/snowboard tuning and beers? They have a full ski tuning set up that anyone is welcome to use. You can bring your own wax or buy some from them. While you work, you can have some beers. My only complaint is the lack of selection. It's mostly IPAs and one or two novelty options. With that said, everything they make is a good example of the style so with what they make, they're making sure they're good at least! You definitely won't be disappointed! From my observation, the only food is hot dogs. They're totally cool with you bringing your own food but maybe some regular food trucks might be nice for the weekends. I have never been here where there was a food truck though. The owner/brewer has worked every single time I've been here alongside close friends of his. Running a brewery is hard work, and they obviously have a good work ethic which is also a good sign too.

Chappell Brewing is an amazing brewery! They always have a great selection of brewskis. The employees are always super friendly. My pups were welcome to come as well. I love atmosphere of Chappell. I will definitely continue to come back.

Highly impressed. For the limited selection, the beers were fantastic, stand outs being the horchatta cream ale Climax (seriously, give it a try), the cranberry gose Jelly Roll, the Cascadian dark ale Warpig, and the Cupla Coffee (check them out if you haven't) pale ale Tweek. Strong flavor profiles compliment the very drinkable styles. To go options and growler fills are available, and the flight pours are large if you decide to sample a bit of everything. Pricing was reasonable.The vibe is relaxed and welcoming. There are outdoor games, seating, heat lamps, cornhole/bag toss, and dog amenities as well. There is also a (usable) ski tuning bench in front of a roll up, glass garage door that provides ample sunlight. Seating is a mix of medium size bench and couch options, with a single large TV (was showing the NFL playoffs game at the time).Overall I would definitely recommend a stop or to add it into your brewery rotation.
