Might I state that this has been the only Chipotle facility in this entire food cooperation that has made not only my visit infuriating but, also reconsidering if their employees have a sense of morality or respect towards their customers.

Food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Have to knock off a star for the insane prices. Got a bowl for $11.85 with brisket. The extra brisket charge was $7.40, so with tax I paid over $21 for one entree. No guac, no sides, no drink. I know inflation is real and underreported but this is just clobbering people.

Great service and food. Quantities of food have really dropped off over the years. For a $14 burrito, I expect more. They used to provide more. Very sad.

These guys put a pile of brown-green guac on our salad- see pic, and compare to the fresh guac on the cup. My burrito was also wrapped horribly, and it's pretty lame that a drive through order has to be placed online.

My son wanted to eat at that place and since they served him the meat looked strange and apparently it was not fresh, of the day, because my son had a stomach illness.
Please check the quality of your food and make sure it is all fresh.

For what a “normal order” should be this is just awful…somewhat ridiculous to have to ask for a decent serving of food. Got decent amount chicken of chicken and asked for normal serving steak…yet received four small pieces of steak. I NEVER ask for double yet every time they asked me twice for double to up-charge and I have also been served double and charged for it without asking. Cleary terrible service for just adding double protein and calling it a “normal order” doesn’t make any sense. Don’t recommend.

I can’t believe I just paid 17.31 for 1 bowl with steak and double protein. No drink, no guac, no chips. Extra 5.30 for the smallest scoop of extra steak. Keeps going downhill

Worst portions I've ever received. The bottom of the bowl was showing...

We ordered carnitas but there wasn’t any ready. Then I ordered barbacoa meat and the tacos barely had any meat. Then my burrito only had 3 large pieces of fat and no meat!!!! So my burrito was basically a veggie burrito! The most disappointing meal!

Call me crazy but if you don’t tip for pickup they always mess up the order or purposefully make it inedible? Last time at this location. Missed the guacamole, corn salsa, and fajita veggies- no refund offered. Asked for light rice and the bowl was almost only rice, cheese, and about 4 tablespoons of sour cream. Maybe 1 tablespoon beans and chewy, fatty steak. Inedible mush that I wasted my money on.
