Food was absolutely amazing . So fresh and really good!However, we saw our server one time and never again. Nobody checked back in with us. We had to ask for napkins several times because the first time we asked, we were given 2. Asked again and got a few more. Worst service ever! We didn’t know what was going on, didn’t know if we get to go containers or how to pay. You have to order to go containers. FYI: it’s $6.00 for 24oz. Container.Also, we left a puff bar and went right back to get it. When I went in and got it, our server came and asked why she didn’t get tipped. I told her the service was really bad. She said she is payed in only tips and that she didn’t have to give us back our puff bar. She argued with me about not getting a tip.So unprofessional and unapologetic about poor service. She said she was on break and basically thinks she deserved a tip.Great food. Poor poor service.

The best hot pot EVER. We always come here and we always love the food. Service is awful but the food is excellent ? ! The sauce/topping section is always missing ingredients or sauces, we wish the service was better and the topping area was constantly filled. Other than that is a little pricey but for the quality of the food is worth it!

My husband and I LOVE this place and visit regularly. We bring friends to try it out too and they always enjoy the experience! The service is wonderful and they always have quality ingredients. Highly recommend! Definitely make reservations though because they are BUSY!

This is one of the best hot pot places I'd tried . Clean place , fresh ingredients , flavorful broth , very attentive staff and the price for all you can eat is a steal. Definitely will be coming back here when I'll be in Salt Lake City again .

This place is definitely our go-to Hotpot spot! $18 for AYCE hotpot during weekday lunches! We come here for quantity, and not quality, though we have never been disappointed by the quality of anything. The service is always great, and we miss seeing Yuki around! The ambiance is lively, and this restaurant is ALWAYS busy!

Had hotpot here and at Happy Lamb. In comparison, this place is way much better in the meat quality. Hero Hotpot’s meat is longer, so even after boiling the meat is still intact. Go try this place out!

Best hotpot in town! ? the meat is soft and fresh. The soup broth is really good, perfect for winter. The sesame ball and brown sugar rice cake are hot and not too sweet! Love it and definitely will come back for more ?
