Burger was good. The server getting the orders was very nice. But the burger was a little salty for me.

I personally find the experience of getting food at In and Out to be really unpleasant despite service being typically pretty good. I am from California. So I'm really partial to the food, and it definitely colors my opinion of In and Out as a whole. But when there are very few of them in the area and the place is a little bit of a novelty it makes it overcrowded.

This In-N-Out location has the friendliest staff. Whenever I come in with my two boys without another adult, they offer to bring my order to my table. They’re constantly cleaning. Every staff member is kind. And even when it’s really busy, it still never takes a long time to get our order. Love this location!

Extremely poor customer service!!!
I ordered through drive-through a cheeseburger combo and requested no salt on the burger or the fries. When it was read back, he had omitted that I didn’t want salt so I repeated it again. When I got to the payment window, she read back the order and I reminded her that I needed the order without salt, and she confirmed. When I received the order, I asked if they had made it without salt to which they replied they had. Well- not true! It was as if they had over-salted the fries (seriously could see the salt on them) and the cheeseburger was so salty, it was not edible. I waited in the drive through line 20+ minutes. I tried to call the comment line several times and no one answered.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful. Great in n out location and staff. I got a veggie burger and it was fresh and tasty. Plus there is a Tesla charging station right next door.

So I hit up In-N-Out thinking I was about to have a classic experience with the wife: double-double, animal style fries, the works. The burger was solid—exactly what you expect when the craving hits. But man… those animal style fries? They tasted like someone had stubbed out a Marlboro in the cheese. Smoky in the wrong way. Kinda ruined what’s usually the highlight.
On the flip side, the real star of the night wasn’t the food—it was the random homeless guy outside absolutely vibing with his dance moves. Dude was serving more energy than the fries ever could, turning the parking lot into his own personal concert. Honestly, he brought more flavor to the night than the meal did.

Burger = dependable
Fries = cigarette cosplay
Homeless dancer = 10/10 vibes
