We don’t go to any other Polynesian restaurant cause Mina’s got us covered. Their fish and chips are chef’s kiss! Their Poly please is sooooo worth it, they overload the portion and the taste of each dish is divine.

Finally decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed at all. Great customer service and great food! Was offered a free Otai since it was my first time here and I loved it. Honestly, even if it wasn’t good, I would still come back for the great customer service lol good people! I’ll definitely be back for more!

I took my sister in law to Mina’s when she was pregnant to try the delicious food and otai and we ended up leaving with a dozen long johns too lol. We later ordered about 4 dozen mini long johns from them for her baby shower and honestly, Mina’s was great to work with. Easy ordering and coordination. But the best part by far was how delicious they were, everyone at the babyshower couldn’t get over how fresh and delicious they were. I know I’m going back, and sending a lot of new customers their way!

I love this place. I highly recommend everything they bake and make. I’ve done catering with them. I’ve ordered almost every item off their menu. Their plates are huge and packed with food. The bakery items are amazing too. I’ve been a loyal customer for years because every food item is delicious. Polynesian food is the best in Utah. Reminds me of the islands. Fresh food. You can’t go wrong. They prepare it with love, that’s their secret ingredient. Thank you Mina and family

The best poly food I’ve had in Utah. From the ribs to the mussels to the otai, every bite tasted like it came from a family kitchen. The ribs were sweet smoky and falling off the bone!! The otai was sweet, tropical, and refreshing.
Can’t wait to try the Katsu next🙏🏽

To all Polynesians that come across this review go and try this spot when you get a chance. I have no ties to the owners of this place. I was really skeptical about trying it and I was impressed the food and service was a WINNAH WINNAH
