Excellent food. Iam not an expert on ramen but I like good food. My wife is gluten-free and they did rice noodles for her. Had 4 for dinner everyone was happy.

Food is excellent—especially the beef brisket ramen. DO NOT use the online ordering. It used to work, but not anymore. When I arrived they said they never got my order. They recommended I call ahead in the future.

Great service and delicious soup dumplings
Starters, our table was very dirty. There were so many open spots, but they gave us the only one it appears anyone recently sat at, and there was water stains, and food stains. The food, it was edible. It was not as the namesake would suggest. The dumplings, im 99% positive i have had, because they sell them frozen at the nearby store. The ramen… i just, it was sad. They could do more here, and be more.

This is the finest ramen I've had in SLC after a few years of trying places out. It's also unique because they offer both Japanese and Chinese ramen with hand-pulled noodles. The Japanese ramen is rich and fantastically fragrant and comes with all the fixings prepared to perfection. Seriously you can taste all the elements of the broth both as its glorious combined symphony and as each ingredient. The Chinese ramen is much simpler and so lets you appreciate each ingredient, especially the noodles. The clear broth is satisfying but not too rich so it's nice to have at any time. Oishi's will be my favorite ramen for a long time, I can tell.

This is the best ramen in town. Better than Junya - more affordable more authentic and the flavors are perfect. I bring all my friends and family here when they’re craving ramen. And for me that’s almost weekly.
You order thru a QR code on the table and it will combine everyone’s orders together for the table and you can pay separately thru the waitress at the end
I prefer the Japanese noodles over the hand pulled noodles. Both the pan fried buns and soup dumplings are delicious and great size. Ramen is large and can be shared with two people with an extra serving of noodles.
The chicken fried rice surprised me it is very good — the meats/proteins here with you ramen are soooo flavorful and bc I come regularly I can attest to their consistency it is always good.

Kimchi beef ramen was really good. If you like kimchi a lot, I recommend it. They really load it with kimchi. Creamy chicken ramen was also good.

Amazing spicy Tonkatsu ramen. The texture of the noodles are perfect and the broth had a wonderful depth of flavor. The pan fried buns, gyoza, and skewers were all also delicious. Portion size was hearty and at the price point provided, an amazing value

This is the most unique Chinese food I have ever eaten, I didn't think I would be able to have such authentic and perfect noodles and buns in Salt Lake City, I think the managers of this restaurant must have put their heart and soul into catering for us, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again, the wait staff was great, I had the beef noodle dish and the noodles were very good and the portion size was very generous! Thank you so much!
