Not bad BBQ, but not great either. Ribs were excellent. Pulled pork was dry—and I mean really dry. Same with the brisket. Collard greens was a nice side, coleslaw was pretty good, cornbread was just okay. Service was good, new location on South State Street is quite nice. Prices aren't bad. Not the best BBQ in SLC, but not the worst, either.

The BBQ was just good. While I did like the BBQ sauce, it saved the meat. The brisket was a bit dry and half of mine was so fatty I could really eat it. Sausage was unique, but didn’t impress.Another DDD place I ended up bummed about. The waiter was nice but seemed really distracted, so the service was slow. At one point we were the only ones there at 7pm on a Friday night! Maybe that says more than anything else. While you won’t be mad you are here, it shouldn’t be hard to find a better place.

Delicious Burnt Ends!! Red potato salad had great flavor. Sweet potato fries were the right amount of crispy, salty, and sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entry, wide halls, room to maneuver within dining spaces.

Saw this on DDD and we had to check it out. Good selection of food, we split a 3 meat plate (brisket, ribs and sausage). The place itself is interesting with a few different areas to sit.

Saw Pat’s on DDD and wanted to check it out. Traveled to Salt Lake City so had to come by. Kinda of a funky joint with a good selection of items. I chose the 2 meat plate ( brisket and sausage)with beans and potato salad. They offer 2 sauces, mild and hot. They had a good flavor but just a little thin for my preference. The potato salad was good and tasty. The baked beans were flavorful as well. The sausage was good with a thin skin. The brisket was a little fatty for my liking (we all have our preferences) but still tasted good (the best I’ve had in Utah).Would I come back? Absolutely!!Gonna try a burger next time and some of the meaty gravy with rice!!

In SLC for business and a colleague recommended Pat’s for lunch. Great choice. Food was served quickly and was done to perfection. Look forward to my next trip back.

Went back after not having gone for a LONG time. Pulled pork was mushy. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Beans and potatoes were good.

Your food is soooo good! I love everything I’ve had from your restaurant. I did order from home because it’s more convenient so I understand my only complaint. I’m sure working with delivery services is a challenge but I ordered the meatloaf and had to order two sides apart from what it says it comes with. I only ordered the two extra sides because mashed potatoes and gravy wasn’t an option since in the description it entails it comes with the dish. I’m definitely bummed I didn’t get the ‘tatoes and gravy but the food is great. I’m just giving a suggestion because your potatoes and gravy are delicious

It's been a while since my last visit, good BBQ better than most but has room for improvement, the highlight was the ribs, WOW, delicious and juicy, if the whole meal was this good it would have been a home run. The sausage was juicy and full of flavor but could have used a full portion not just half a link. The sliced brisket was slightly disappointing, you could tell it was pre sliced very thin and sitting around, it was not warm or juicy and I get it a large place they pre prep items but this should not be one of them.

The stories are true, this place has great BBQ! Had an awesome light lunch: house salad and brisket. Passed on a "true" bbq platter but thumbs up. Family friendly and great service

Pat's is always a family favorite! The restaurant has the great classic character of a BBQ joint. Can't beat the ribs and they're hefty! Great selection of beers of too. We'll keep coming back! Thanks for the great service

I called to get some information about cost and amounts of pulled pork I would need for a dinner. Phone call went to voicemail, and I left a message regarding my inquiry. Never got a return call: it's now a day later and still no call back. Don't have an answering machine if you're not going to review and return messages. Jean

Extremely disappointing. I had the brisket burger and the burger was only flavored with salt and I asked for no onions but they still added the caramelized onions on top. Sauce was decent.
