Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers

Very much an overrated restaurant. Chicken finger only menu and they can't even figure out how to season the chicken fingers. The texture on the batter fry was nice, light, crispy. The lemonade and sweet tea was some of the best I have had at any restaurant. So cudos for that.

Customer service was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and very snappy with my party, as well as others that were there while we were there. My daughter
Needed to use the bathroom and my wife found the restrooms locked behind a combination key lock. Staff wouldn't allow access so my wife ran my daughter over to a neighbor restaurant so my daughter could use the bathroom. They charge for refills on beverages. The tables were dirty (cleaned of our own table) as well as the floor.

This was our first and last visit. Reading canes doesn't deserve my hard earned money.

Lost a start overall and for customer service. If you read the review for your business and then ask for it to be resubmitted as a complaint on your website then you misunderstand this review. This is not a complaint regarding the visit. This is an honest review regarding the experience of the visit. If you don't like what was written then go fix it. I don't care about free offers or begging to change the review. It is what it is and your staff failed to represent your company.

The customer service was amazing the man at the till was so sweet my only issue was it is over hyped the sauce taste like mayo and ketchup mixed the chicken is just normal chicken and the fries are eh okay the toast is good I would not go again just because its a viral hype

Placed a catering order for pick up around 5:30pm at the Salt Lake location today. While waiting for my order I enjoyed watching the team handle operations during their evening rush. The gentleman in a gray shirt handled the register with high energy and positivity the entire time. Even when he was consistently stopped by another team member to ask questions about specific orders. His kindness and patience towards the guest & team members maintained the entire time. The manager in the black shirt was jumping from cashier to expo to checking on guest in the lobby. The rest of the team were head down cranking out the food. Not once did anyone show irritation or frustration towards guests or each other. Great atmosphere to observe as a guest.

girl at the window was condescending & very happy to charge the extra 44c for sauce x2. Tenders on sandwich were good size. Two extra tenders ordered were tiny and not worth $4.

The chicken strips are delicious with the Cane's Sauce. Although there was a line to get in, it went relatively fast.

Terrible service spoke to so-called manager, Tristan He charged us $67.18 for 3 combos but neglected to tell us that they were out of coleslaw, bread, fries, and sauce so basically, the only thing they had was the chicken. When found out that our order was incomplete he offered to refund us five dollars and refused a full refund in exchange for the 6 pieces of chicken. Worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

chicken was extra delectable, fries were nice and crunchy, texas toast was fluffy and perfect. the employee camden was super enthusiastic and I love the disco balls 🪩
