Not sure if the person was new, but they have no clue how to make the cold foam. If the cream starts drifting down into the black coffee, it was not whipped enough! $6.00!!!!

I was worried about how long the drive thru line was and I have a meeting in 25 minutes 😬 so I started reading all the bad reviews of this location, as I don’t normal stop at this one… I got a little scared that I was about to be stuck. The line has moved along just fine and the lady taking orders was so dang friendly, she kinda made my morning. I also got a free reusable holiday cup! I figured since the reviews seem pretty bad, I’d leave a good one!

Don’t listen to all these Karens. This location is great ❤️

Don’t trust the hours of operation according to Google and the Starbucks website. Went here Thursday night at 8:25 PM and they were closed, yet hours showed they were open until 9:30.

I usually buy Frappuccino daily. But today they didn't give me what I asked for. And my coffee tasted strange, like rancid, an ugly taste, I don't know what it was because I love frappuccino. ALSO, WATER FELL FROM THE KITCHEN DUE TO AN ACCIDENT.

Edit: the online contact is a joke weird how you can't just call and talk to a manager. Almost like they don't care.
Drove back twice to have my drink remade as it was devoid of some ingredients and awful. The staff member loudly complained to another coworker "i made this drink there's no way it was wrong" then afterwards it was wrong AGAIN. Didn't bother returning a third time after the attitude I received. Horrid experience and the last straw for this location.

go to a different location. this one has gone really downhill in the past few months in terms of drink quality. twice in a row they have messed up my order or forgotten part of it entirely. for paying $7+ a cup, you better get it together 😭
foam is nonexistent or never tastes right, they use different pebble ice that melts so fast. no thanks.

Stay away from this Starbucks. Staff is incredibly rude and entitled. Waited for 20 min for a drink and when I asked about it the employee was very rude and put out for asking about the drink that I paid for. Our office around the corner and we usually pick up 5-6 drinks daily out of convenience . It wont effect them, but hope my review will steer others away from this establishment.

White young skinny dude in drive through was not kind or responsive when the barista messed up our drink. It’s a regular drink for us so we know exactly what we want for $9. They messed it up twice even with very specific feedback. For the amount we pay for consistency- do better. Avoid this one if you have a custom drink and don’t wanna deal with people who don’t know what they are doing. There is plenty of Starbucks around.
