These employees at this location are consistently horrendous. I ordered a pick up order at about 10:45. when i picked up my order neither sandwiches were toasted, neither of them had extra meat like ordered, and overall the order was extremely wrong. i came in to ask for the sandwiches to be remade and they proceeded to argue with me tell me that they were made right with a horrendous attitude. I worked at subway as an assistant, and go to subway a minimum of once a week. i know what my order is supposed to be, and when it was made wrong. As a manager, i would NEVER allow my employees to get away with this kind of behavior toward customers.

Subway has always been a store that I like because of its food. I usually tend to classify or see it as healthy food. I mostly give tips when I can but lately I refuse to give tips especially when the price of the items soars at 13,14,15,16 dollars let alone you also give tips swell. When you look at the price of the items on the wall it mostly says its 9-99 dollars but the gentleman at the store says with tax, it somehow add up to the value you paid at the store. It is of this reason that I decline to give anymore tips because on top of giving tips the price is too high when clearly on the wall it says on the billboard its 9-99 dollars. When I corrected or emphasized this to the gentleman to give rise to the importance of the price that is listed on the wall and then he correctly bill me for only 10-00 dollars and a couple of cents. This is clearly dishonest practices and this can be classified as stealing on unnecessary hiking of prices and call it inflation especially in an era where the election cycle is going and talking about insane amount of groceries goods when it clearly says in the billboard its 9-99 and how did you raise the price that much??? Saying that when tax and those stuff adds up clearly doesn't add up and make the cut. This kind of dishonest practices must be reduced and is best indicate and point to fraud!

The very best Subway in Norrhern Utah. The employees here are most Definitely Sandwich Artists! The tastiest masterpieces of Submarine Sandwiches. They’re like the Grinders that was down the road but better. Been eating at this location for decades. For years they had a buy two footlongs & a drink get 1 footlong free on the weekend. We would get that almost every weekend. So delicious & healthy. Absolutely love Subway especially this location their vegetables, bread & meats always seem so fresh & not at all unripe nor stale like some other locations. The employees are nice & have good hygiene. The restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are usually reasonably clean.

We ordered online and showed up only to find one person working. A line of people and our order not made. We ordered it 20 minutes prior. We waited 45 minutes! Before we even got ours. People showed up even after us and got there ordere. I’m so frustrated as I’m waiting my time off to a store that can’t hire enough people. What a joke this was. Get your act together guys!

I was at the store tonight shift the service was very bad on the part of the person who attended, she had no patience for my questions and made faces when she attended to me, the guy who was there was also very friendly and came to help me.
