Friendly people. Always polite. They have a lot of great drinks to choose from. The pure black tea is our favorite. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
I've been coming to Tea's memory nearly every day for 4 years now, and have no plans of stopping. The tea is the best in Utah, similar to what I grew used to in San Francisco, and the staff is awesome, particularly Ava, Kenzie, and Noah, who've grown used to seeing me daily and have my drink order memorized
They never have brown sugar boba, terrible customer service, they started really good but their quality has decreased!
Polite staff, made very tasty boba
I ask them to put tp in there bathroom and they all just ignored me
Love this place, always have super friendly workers whenever I go in, went today and got my usual strawberry lemon tea, my go to drink
rude employees.. laughing at customers.
not a good tea.. bad service.
I asked for a drink and before ordering it I asked if there was enough boda and they told me “yes” with a bad face.
I said okay and they gave me the drink with barely boba for almost $7
if there is no enough.. say something before putting a little
the strawberry tornado is fire
i usually have a great experience here i love the brown sugar boba but tonight when i went in i was completely ignored and there was nobody being helped. and then when my order was taken she didn’t even speak to me, just mumbled asking me what i’d like. i ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea and then received a drink with hardly any boba and straight milk. i get this all the time so i know what it’s usually supposed to look and taste like. very disappointed in the two girls working tonight.

The drinks were good and hit the spot on a hot summer day.
When my husband I walked in there was a girl sitting on the front counter eating food and drinking Starbucks. She didn't get off the counter stayed up there the entire time. The staff seemed like they were bothered by all the patrons.

We got the cup of fruit tea and the mango orange green tea. Both were pretty good. Btw I asked if they use real fruit or syrup in their smoothies and beware because they said syrup. I’m assuming the same goes for their teas (most tea places use syrup to flavor their teas so it’s not necessarily a bad thing). Bathroom was also very clean. Overall good tea place. I found it a bit off that they were playing rock music at a tea place. I would prefer some kpop or cafe music. But the music is not a dealbreaker for me.

The Pure Jasmine Green tea was so bitter, it left my throat and tongue dry. Very disappointed in the quality.
