Enjoyed the Thai tea but agree with other customers that the prices are excessive for a drink

It's aightI like their brown sugar boba but without the boba. Service is cool, I liked it and the space feels like you're not in the middle of Chinatown mall. Is it on my list of top 5 dead or alive?NaThis for me is one of those places that if someone was offering it to me I'd take it cuz I don't wanna be rude to the person offeringK bye

Ever since I’ve had a boba drink from this place, every other place I’ve gone to get boba from tastes watered down. I always get #5 with egg pudding & it’s the best I’ve ever had. Every drink I’ve tried off the menu is so rich in flavor. There’s a kiosk where you can order from. During peak times the kiosk will have a long line. You can order your drink at the counter. Most people don’t know that, so they just wait in line for the kiosk.

Honestly as a person who loves getting boba, this place is not it. Overly charge for a “XL” ($8) when the cup is basically a LARGE. And a “Large” ($5.99) is basically a SMALL. Don’t get me wrong it’s good drinks. It’s the sizes and the employees that is just NOT IT. Employees seems like they don’t wanna work and just sigh, etc. Management needs to talk to their employees.

Huge fans of their milk tea! It's really yummy and my boyfriend thought it was one of his favorite milk teas ever. We got it with mixed size boba (large and small) and enjoyed every last sip of it. The location is in the Chinatown supermarket plaza, so depending on time and day, it can be really busy here and hard to get parking. It is kiosk ordering and then counter pick-up of the drink when it's made. I thought it was quite efficient, but sometimes people who are having trouble with understanding how to use the kiosk can hold up the line. As far as ambiance goes, there aren't really places to sit so definitely be prepared to get your drink and leave. We will definitely be back again to enjoy more of their delicious milk tea and boba!

It's super cool that we have a Tiger Sugar in SLC! The staff are always super nice and quick at the counter and I appreciate their work, they've been friendly each visit. The self order kiosk system is easy to use. There are plenty of great boba shops around SLC, but this location is great when you're already in Chinatown Supermarket.

Ordered the peach oolong tea with cheese mousse First of all they don't offer 25% sweetness so I settled with 50%. Still it was waaaaaay too sweet. They put too much cheese mousse on it and overwhelmed the tea. I mean what tea is even in this thing. Super disappointing. They also took forever to make the drink. Skip, you are better off getting drinks at 85c!

My friend and I ordered the strawberry mochi and at first it was really tasty. Then something that had the texture of snot came through the straw. I didn't realize the mochi would have that texture in a beverage. It was nasty and we couldn't finish our drinks. I'd like to try this place again and get something without the mochi...

You need to get the Black Sugar Baba drinks here. I would Recommend Number 1 and Number 2.I do not recommend Non-Black Sugar Baba drinks. If you want different like if drink goto 85 Degree or Meet Fresh in the same Plaza. But if you want Black Sugar Baba, this a wonderful choice.
