First i want to say, you cook your own food, so the one star review who said they got sick, LEARN TO COOK! This place is the best. My wife and i come here whenever we get the chance. The food, atmosphere, everything, is just great. We get hot pot and bbq each time. our go to dishes are the rib eye soup, and mine is the Tom yum. We get the black pepper pork, and short ribs without fail. Do not listen to the ones who complain about KBBQ because the truth is they dont understand or respect it. Go here, always.

This used to be our spot with my family and friends. We aren’t from SLC so we used to take the detour just to come to this place. I brought my family for a birthday party. We were a big party 10+(including kids). We always take care of how we cook our food. We cooked it throughly. Turned out everyone, but me (I am vegetarian) got terrible cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. This never happened before, and definitely none of the kids wanted to try again k-pots again(this was their first experience). Terrible idea for a birthday celebration. Service was good, but unfortunately we aren’t coming back ever again after this experience.

Our Large group got food poisoning on Friday 10/25 , I want to raise awareness of the situation a few in the group vomited for hours. The place seemed clean but it’s obvious that it’s behind closed doors that something is mishandled. Please be careful before choosing this place 8 members in my family got sick. My brother called in and was told this happens! That’s what they have insurance for I find it quite serious if it’s that many people getting sick from your restaurant.

We went in a Large group 8 of 12 of us became sick after eating here. We thought it was strange that it was so empty on a Friday night but, thought it was great. We concluded that it may have been the Korean BBQ that made us ill the ones who didn’t eat meat didn’t fall ill. The meat cuts were fatty and came out warm not sure if meats aren’t being kept at correct temperature. Symptoms consistented of throwing up, chills and diarrhea. We want to warn everyone as this is serious. We called in and was told to go to the hospital and take the bill in their insurance will cover. The woman said it happens this is what their insurance is for. Please if you consider this place be aware and careful! Some of our family members were in more serious conditions than others and it can hit everyone differently.
