Great first time experience! Speedy service. All you can eat included hot pot, sushi, dessert and fountain drinks. Lots of food. Come Hungry. Def a new fav place.
i love this place during lunch. $19 for unlimited food and drink is an amazing value. also kids under 6 eats free
Well priced all you can eat hot pot food was fantastic
Our go to place for hot pot
First the good:
- Service was beyond excellent!
- All-you-can eat everything for dinner, including drinks, appetizers, and dessert. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese sodas. My kids loved the ice cream!
- Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
- Atmosphere inside was cute.
Now the not-so-good:
- Food was sub-par: The broths we tried, which were tonkotsu and beef bone, were lacking flavor. The shrimp was frozen and cheapest quality. The meats and sushi were also on the lower end. Fries were just ok. The chicken wings were the best thing we ate.
- Less options of seafood/noodles/vegetables then other comparable restaurants.
Overall review: We didn't hate it, but unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back.
Really enjoyed the experience. The food style is different and that’s why we came. Very attentive server and great atmosphere.
Dined in for dinner and although the place looks ghetto from state street side with the overgrown grass, go to the east side of the building. The robot was so cute, waiter staff wears uniform, and the buffet is wonderful. We over ordered, but certain entrees were endless and we had the soup. Will return again!
What a great restaurant and such great service.
What a fun experience this restaurant provides! It was cute, well staffed, and delicious. We went for lunch, and I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. It's very fairly priced, and everything was fresh and delicious.
Despite 4.7 average reviews the place was a big disappointment. An Overwhelming amount of cheep frozen boxes foods, all you can it for $28. Wagyu was a hoof and the lamb was simply mutton. Enjoy.

Best hotpot all you can eat restaurant everrrr!!!
Everything was great—food, service, atmosphere, and prices, but here’s my only feedback. Get proper cups and utensils. I’m at a sit down restaurant and don’t want to have to use tiny disposable plastic cups and plastic utensils. Also, it would be nice if you had ceramic bowls, soup spoons, and plates. Not a fan of plastic for many reasons (BPA, microplastics, etc.) and it would’ve made the experience much better.
Miguel was an awesome guy, super patient and very friendly! 10/10 will come back because of his service!!
Absolutely incredible. It was our first hotpot experience and I’m so glad it was here.
Our server, Paulo, was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the whole experience. He patiently guided us through the setup and hotpot process and gave recommendations on what we might like. The spicy broth was delicious and rich, with a perfect heat level for me. The Umi Beef Bone broth was a classic and flavorful soup broth too. The Udon noodles were delightful and perfect chewy. Having unlimited appetizers and drinks were a huge bonus as well. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and I’ll never be sad to see a friendly robot bringing me appetizers. They even gave us a coupon for our next visit, I just wish we had time to use it before our vacation is over.
If you’ve never tried hot pot or are a hot pot veteran, stop by. You absolutely will not regret it.
First time today; I had a great experience! I love that the robot brings our food to us. All you can eat; includes soda and soft serve ice cream.
