We tried hot pot. The service was nice but short staffed, the food bar had a lot of empty spots or some running out. The food was delicious!

I’m always out looking for different options and new places to support. I love hot pot especially off there’s a good variety of selections. I liked that they have sushi, hot pot, and bbq skewers.

I ordered the beef bone broth which is a clear broth, but it was lacking in flavor. I definitely needed to use sauce, whereas other places the broth alone was enough to bring out the flavor of ingredients. I did pay dinner price and didn’t find very much selections in their meat options, seafood, or vegetables. The meat quality was fresh though.

I was worried driving up because it didn’t look open.

But we came in, we were greeted by the owner who bowed so respectfully and then we ate our faces off.

I went for the lunch special and drove from Bluffdale to go. Walking in it was cool compared to the heat outside. I didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Overall the restaurant was clean. I feel like there were not many veggie options to enjoy. The menu was easy to follow and simple on its choices. Staff was not very attentive, I almost asked to be downgraded to the lunch special due to not receiving the sushi, which is what I came for. I was slightly disappointed to see American rolls and no Nigiri. Staff had spilled soup on my order ticket and informed me of such due to forgetting my order. No drink refills were offered, or reorders of the sides and meat not on the bar. The bar was clean and well maintained. The sushi was not well seasoned with the rice. And not rolled tight. And I had to ask for cutlery. I also missed out on the robot. Granted I do feel like most restaurants treat you differently when I mainly eat out by myself.

Loved this stop when I was in town. It’s all you can eat and they had a lot of options. The quality of the meat was very good for an all you can eat restaurant. There are also things you can have made to order. The service was very good and I loved how clean the place was. Definitely a spot to stop at if you like shabu shabu.

Compared to similar local restaurants, the quality and variety of ingredients was severely lacking. All of the sauces and broths were bland or one dimensional, and the meat was cut unusually thick. The sushi we tried was also unpleasant.

Service was also quite slow even though there were less than half a dozen tables occupied, and staff seemed reluctant to collect our empty dishes or trash to the point that we removed some ourselves to make space.

The dinner option had yakitori and sushi as well which made it a bonus.

This place has horrible sushi. The rice is self serve and has a plastic taste to it. Don’t waste your time and money here 🤮
