Loved this place! The robot server was very cute and fun, and the food was good. I think that the price is honestly great considering it includes drinks, sushi, and skewers - which is more than a standard hot pot place in the area. Would come back sometime for sure!

The main manager was very pushy she came and put the bill on our table without even asking if we were ready. The servers rammed their carts into each other and spilled broth on me. Not really any apology. Then our waiter was terrible at checking in and taking plates away from our table. Overall 2/10 experience. The servers kinda made it miserable. Like if I pay $30 a plate I want people checking in on me every 2-3 minutes. We sent a sushi back cause it was dry and manager opened up a interrogation on us.
The waiter was friendly and made helpful suggestions. It's a whole lot of food. I was amazed at everything included in the price. Go hungry but definitely go.

Meat was ok. Vegetables were good and mostly fresh. Rice was horrible. Why can’t these places cook good rice? These people that give 5 stars have never eaten at a 5 star shabu. Most of these places are the same. It’s a Chinese version of a high class Japanese meal. They keep missing it.
