Well first off, I love that they are open on Sundays! There are so many different options and flavors to choose from, any Boba lovers dream! I forgot to get the name of the young lady who helped us today (Sunday June 8 @12:15ish) because she was so pleasant, very helpful, and quick! I hope the owners read this review and give her kudos from us!

I have been here a few times and each time I hope it will get better. I just left the place because they are under staffed. The girl was new took my money, made my drink then told me she didn’t have anymore classic boba. I asked for my money back and she didn’t know how to open the drawer to give me money. I left without getting my cash back. The time before a different girl was working. I walked into the space 2 minutes before they open caus the door was unlocked and the employee told me she couldn’t help me at to come back. If you didn’t want people coming into the space you shouldn’t have had the door open. This company is awful.

It was such a cute place! It was quick and so cool to just sit down and chat. The service was amazing and the person who took our order was so patient and sweet. Totally recommend!

I ordered a milk tea no ice so it would be warm but ended up full of ice. It was good though. Really soft pearls!

We frequent this establishment often. As a veteran, I get a military discount here. I went yesterday and the girl at the counter didn't know how to apply the discount. We waited 20ish min for her to try to reach out to her manager to find out how to apply the discount before I was out of time. I simply paid the bill and we left.
I don't feel entitled to discounts. That's not the point. The point is not only did the employee not know how to do her job, but her manager was not reachable for a long time to even find out.
I would like this made right.
UPDATE:: THIS WAS IMMEDIATELY MADE RIGHT. I'M LOVING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
