We are frequent Dutch bro visitors, specifically the Spanish Fork location. We love their coffee! I wanted to shout out Austin, who was taking our order in the drive-through line today. I was in the middle of fighting insurance and figuring out how to get medication for my daughter, which made me very visibly upset, and he was so patient and kind to me. I love good coffee and awesome workers and the Spanish fork Dutch bros had both!! 🩷🩷 It was super busy but everyone had a cheery attitude and a bright smile on! I was having a rough day but the attitude of the workers really helped!! I’ll be sure to be back and everyone else should as well 🩷🩷

One barista, Jeno, recently received praise for her exceptional service, making each visit pleasant. Brett is another favorite among customers, known for his friendly demeanor and excellent drink recommendations. Even during busy times, such as when they were short-staffed, the employees maintained phenomenal service and showed empathy towards customers.
