Pretty nice guy helped our group to a few delicious ice cream treats. The ice cream was good but this isn't a great place to sit and enjoy it as there are just a few tables to sit in a small area and unfortunately the tables were pretty gross and not somewhere I'd want to sit down and eat. Fast service, fair prices, and ice cream - can't go wrong with ice cream, right?Dietary restrictions: They had two options that were dairy/gluten/soy free.

Two primary grievances.Grievance 1: after waiting in line for 15+ minutes, I got up to order and asked for a smoothie. The worker said, “sorry we’re not making anymore smoothies or milkshakes. We’re out of blenders.” I looked behind the worker to see 3 dirty blenders sitting next to the sink, and apparently someone two people in front of me ordered the last milkshake of the night since they only had one clean blender at the time. I don’t work in food often, but I’m pretty sure there are protocols to ensure you can make more than 3 smoothies/milkshakes a day…Grievance 2: after feeling super let down by their lack of willingness to rinse a blender, I ordered some cookie dough ice cream. The worker mixed some ingredients and handed it to me, at which point I overpaid for said hand mixed ice cream. When I got to my seat to eat it, there were basically two huge chunks of cookie dough and a few little pieces. In other words, it was barely mixed, and my plastic spoon literally wasn’t cutting it. I tried to break up the cookie dough but ended up tossing like half a cookie worth of cookie dough.Dang dude. What a let down.

Very slow and didn't know the prices of their chocolates. Said the price is listed I asked where and they didn't know. So I figured okay well can I get some of the x and had no issues charging me but couldn't tell me? That's okay. First impressions aren't that important.

I went to pick up an online order ( @ 8:15 on 6/22/23) and there was nobody in the store except the 3 female employees. You could tell none of them wanted to be working because I stood there at the counter for 10 MINUTES before an employee finally helped me. All 3 of them looked at me and then turned their back and cleaned off the same counter. Then one girl left to go use the bathroom and another said she was going into the back to check her texts. That left one girl to still be able to help me. Did she? Only after I sat there waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. she sat there making a ball of vanilla ice cream and then throwing the ball into a cup, and then weighed it. She did this 3 TIMES before she finally sighed really loud and asked what she could get for me. You can tell that they obviously didnt want to be working and was just hoping that id leave. After giving me my bag of ice cream I also noticed that there wasnt even a freaking spoon. Worst customer service ive ever experienced with Cold Stone!

This location is small and the lighting is really bad, cause they have can lights next to fans and it will give you headaches. Prices are a bit high. but Ice Cream is great.

I came with my two young kids around 3:30 pm. It wasn't busy so we were able to get help immediately! The person working was very friendly and conversational. We tried the newest Marshmallow flavor and it was great! No complaints about the ice cream and service. I will note that the floors could use a cleaning (a little surprising how much food and dirt is on the floor for only being open 3.5 hours, but perhaps there was a rush)z and the tables and chairs could use some fixing up. All in all, a good location!

Bought 4 ice creams and 2 apples. I asked for a cup of water for my toddler. The lady working told me they cannot give out a free cup of water….

The ice cream is very good. They have a fairly wide variety of flavors of ice cream and a huge variety of toppings. It is fun to watch them mix the toppings into the ice cream on the Cold Stones. The attendant must have been having a bad day because she was not friendly or engaging at all.

Upper management is detached, unprofessional and neglectful- they care only for money and reputation (even if they claim otherwise- actions speak louder than words). Managers are treated as dispensable when they pull most all the weight; there’s a revolving door of managers because they aren’t properly trained, supported or listened to and expected to be a manager, assistant manager, hiring manager, trainer, cake maker/decorator, day shift, everything admin and everything maintenance & cleaning (there’s a black mold issue over there and much of the equipment, like the stone, are old, in bad shape, and certainly questionable regarding food safety). Overall the employees are local teens who are not hard working, only care about their phone & pretend drama, and the customers are extremely entitled and impatient with stinky attitudes - chasing away managers on top of everything else that’s put on them leaving no consistency in the business. Prices are expensive and there’s lots of competition around so check out other local ice cream and sweets shops. This location probably won’t be worth it for most. Especially if you have IBS, tummy sensitivities, or if you have a compromised immune system because honestly diarrhea might be on the menu as well.TLDR/ PS: Just support other local businesses or buy blue bunny from the grocery store. This location is owned out of state and they don’t help with local events or high school sports either. The local people that are employed are lied to, used, and disposed. Buying from this business doesn’t ultimately support family friends or community of this area. Plus the product itself is very likely to be contaminated, possibly with black mold.
