Friendly, helpful people, great prices, quality merchandise. Shopped there during their first "Senior" shopping hour, and was very impressed. They had toilet paper in stock (pallet loads of it) and directed those of us who wanted to buy some to the end of the row of pallets, where a nice guy loaded some into my cart. Man, way to spoil us...

Costco shuts down their entired pharmacy for their lunch break. This is a ridiculous policy and shows that they dont care about members time. This isn't a small store where you jump out and run in really quick. Its a huge store and you have to usually go through throngs of people. Then get to the pharmacy to be told by a guy that they can pay to stand in the dark behind their counter to tell people that the whole place is shut down for lunch.....really? I will be finding a new pharmacy today. When paying a membership to a business I expect that their services be operable and accessible during their business hours. Sending the whole department to lunch at once shows that Costco doesn't care for their members.
This is one of the worst Costco's there is. The supervisors Amy Bush and Tara Rodgers treat employees and members rudely and disrespectfully. Membership services I think the guys name is John is also very rude and has very bad customer service. Costco has gone downhill and they do not care about the members all they care about is money. When brought this to the attention of Don Dove the store manager he could care less. They will lie and manipulate anything they can to make themselves look better if you file a complaint against them

I asked for help buying the cheapest best big screen TV. Stated I was not interested in the latest and greatest. I was never upsold once. Asked for my price point, I stated less than $1000. I got directed right to the one he highly recommended which I bought – a screaming deal 55 inch Smart UHD TV 4K 120 hertz refresh rate $600. The easiest fastest electronic purchase I have ever made.
