I’m making this complaint because if I was an owner of a pizza franchise, then I would want to know what my employees are doing. At 8:34, I made an online order 165344378. The estimated pick up time was 8:54 PM, so we went to the Marcos in Spanish Fork at about 9:05 PM. I went in and nobody would come up to the desk and two guys said they were off the clock. Finally, a girl came to The desk and asked if she could help. I told her that I had an online order and she asked for my name and couldn’t find it so then I gave her the order number and she then told me that it got canceled. I asked her how it could’ve got canceled because I didn’t cancel it. There was a girl sitting eating some cheese sticks at one of the tables and said that she was the one who canceled it and I asked her, why would she cancel it and she said they were behind and her tooth was hurting. When I got there, there was nobody making any pizzas and just a bunch of Teenagers messing around in the back. The girl sitting down eating her cheese bread happened to be the manager at the time. And I asked her why she would cancel somebody’s order if she knew they were going to come and pick it up. She said she didn’t have enough staff and that she just had to cancel the Order. In my opinion, you don’t just cancel someone’s order because you can’t keep up. If anything it might be a little bit later than expected, but there was no confirmation email or anything letting me know that the order was canceled. The store doesn’t close until 12 PM, so why would you cancel Orders?That is not how you do business and she just kept saying well my tooth hurt as she was eating her cheese sticks, which is very ironic as she canceled our food and she had time to fix her own. This place is very unprofessional and don’t think I will be going back. And I’m gonna share my experience with others as well to let them know of the chaos that goes on at this pizza place. if zero was an option… I would give this place zero out of five stars! What a joke! I hope someone will fix this problem. If I owned this part of the franchise, I would not want a manager like this just canceling potential revenue because she can’t keep up!!

Visited Marco's Spanish Fork for the first time yesterday. Had an all meat pizza and honestly... it was THE most delicious pizza I've ever eaten!! Cooked perfectly, lots of meat, tender crust and super awesome flavor! The service was great... just an all-around 5-star experience!

Waited 35 min for a crustless pizza and they hadn’t even started it… the teens are just chatting it up and not even working.
Lost our pizza. Had to wait 20 minutes while our other pizza and cheesebread got cold.

Save yourself some time and drive to the Salem location. I ordered via the Marco's App. 1 pizza, 1 calzone (not a difficult order) the PROMISE TIME was 5:36, when I got to the drive-thru to pick up my order the employee said it was going to be another :10 minutes and to park and come inside. After :10 minutes I went up to the counter and asked if it was done. He said let me check and came back and said "they're making it now, should be about :10 minutes" another :10 went by and they did hand it to me. So if you're looking to kill some time and want to catch up on your Netflix, Hulu or TikTik, this is the place!

So the pizza here is definitely a 5. But as a new franchise seem way over their heads on a Friday. The disconnect between the app and what you find at the store is quite large. Long long waits despite the app telling you 25-30 min.
I’m sure they’ll get this ironed out eventually or at least I hope so. It’s a refreshing relatively newer and wonderful option for Pizza in south county. But service lagging behind. Try going on a weekday

This place used to make consistently delicious pizzas. There was even a guy who remembered my name every time I would go. Now it’s just 15 year olds working there who aren’t properly trained. Twice now, I’ve been told that my pizza was in the oven when it was actually just sitting there on a shelve. I have a feeling that the cook time is less on the pizzas because they don’t have that crunchy crust anymore. I’ll have to wait some time before I come back.

Worst customer service. Worst hour and a half wait after they said it’s done. Also waited in the drive through and they made me go around and wait more. Then I went inside and the worker apologized to everybody in front of us and when it was our turn I told her what happened and she literally says, “I’m not going to talk to you” then proceeds to throw the pizza at me. Customer service has gone to crap with teenagers running things these days. Also their system was down so people couldn’t place an order or pay? Are they serious? Worst don’t waste your time. 0 stars. Looks like I’m not the first one with this review either. Your workers need some training on customer service and not standing around when you have 12 people waiting for food in the lobby. Another man in front of me asked for his order and said it was ready and she goes, yeah it still hasn’t been made but I’ll do my best to make it. What is happening?
Have tried this location two times. Never have received food either time. Just got off the phone with McKad, the manager, after waiting 1.5 hours for our pizza and it was not even started yet. What a joke. He blamed their system for the issue. Took no accountability for anything and tried to tell me I would get my pizza before 9 pm when the order was placed at 5:16 pm. Can't understand how this location is still in business. The owner should be ashamed of his employees and his business. Only order if you have four hours to kill.

They have a small area to dine in if you want to eat you pizza there. Pizza was priced well with their app coupons and daily deals. It's got lots of flavor and I've now tried their pizza and calzone options. Both were very good for the price paid.
The pizza was made quickly and their drive through is convenient for picking up.
