I know that they were short-staffed. But my kids and I were in there for 45 minutes. We got our drinks after 20 and then waited another 25 for fries. If they weren’t as short-staffed as they were I would have asked for my money back. I want sip’n to thrive but I don’t know if I have the patience to go back.
I’m not sure how to get in touch with the store! But Ive tried calling the new SF location. We were just in and bought a chocolate chip cookie and it tasted like poison. Not even faint either. Like someone baked cleaner into it! We have never experienced anything like this.
For sure the best treat and drink shop! You have to try the O’Henry bar or peanut butter bars!! Hard to pass up their homemade Oreo too! All their treats are house-made and they don’t skimp on their drink flavors! I appreciate them being much cheaper than other drink shops around too. We love Sip-N!
