Sat at the drive thru for 10 min, nobody took our order or said anything. We could see the workers talking with each other and sipping on their drinks through the window. A long line of cars built up after us too.

The guy who was on stall 13 around 9 had the biggest attitude ever all because my daughter accidentally pressed the button and i tried to apologize saying i already ordered and all he did was say okay really mad sonic needs to do better with their employees however the one guy wearing camo that day was one of the sweetest people ever he made sure i got the right order

My wife and I went for a late night snack here around 9pm. The crew member that took our order was amazing and did everything correct but when the food came out my food was incorrect and they forgot sauces. I had order chilli tots with no cheese (as I'm lactose intolerant) and they put cheese on them my wife went inside to get them corrected and when she addressed this issue was looked at oddly. They said they would correct the order but then they were out of chili. The cook was at least nice enough to offer to put cold chili on them and then gave me extra tots when I politely declined since I wasn't going home. Just would have been nice to not have to wait an extra 15 min for my food because they messed up in the first place.

I went to one board and it was frozen so I went to a second board and I ended up waiting so long the board timed out on me and the employees looked me dead in the eyes and still never offered assistance I never got to order food and they turned the lights off while I was still waiting there. They were not busy at all every car around me was empty and the only group of people already had their food so what gives

Came here tonight to get a bag of ice. I checked to see what time they close and it says 11. But they closed the drive through at 9:30 by parking a car in the drive throw. There drive thru lights were still on. Until they noticed a line on cars showing up, that’s when they turned their lights off. So We went back around to see if there was parking and there was none.

Although it was fast to get my food from my drive through order, it took about 18 to 20 minutes to get the shake and small sonic blast that I had ordered only when I finally get my the shake and sonic blast, they are both so melted that I didn’t have to even unwrap the straw, I just drank it like a drink which wasn’t very good warm like that. And even though I had to repeat my order about 4 or 5 times, they still got it wrong. And the guy working the drive through definitely wasn’t the smartest. I asked him 4 times for extra syrup only to get home and find only two syrups that I had to share between three orders. Worst experience ever!

I highly recommend avoiding this location. Imagine pulling up about 20 minutes until the listed closing time (11PM), and your friends with you placed their order through the app. You didn't though, because you thought you had 20 minutes. They tell you they are only taking mobile/online orders at the time... so you download the app and go through the whole set up process of that. By the time that's done, you still have 15 minutes left until close. Then you get notified in the app that you can't order because the location isn't taking orders anymore... I feel as though I was told to place the order through the app by them with them knowing I wouldn't be able to place it... Needless to say, it was a very, very negative experience.

TWICE now they’ve forgotten the ched ‘r’ peppers after we specifically ordered them. The first time, I let it slide—mistakes happen. But twice? What’s the point of paying extra if they don’t include them? Honestly feels like we’re being ripped off. Oh not to mention we waited about 40 minutes for our food

Needs an adult in charge. It was unbearable trying to order and watching the kids act ridiculous waiting for our order. The boy taking our order was yelling in the speaker trying to be funny when trying to order making it difficult to order, then watching the boys antagonize the girls trying to work including punching them as they were trying to get by to get things. Another young man pull his shirt up and stick his hands down his pants and then go mess with peoples food.

Probably the worst sonic I've been to. Employees always messing around. Shop hours always vary based on "manager said so". Machines are never working and there is always something wrong with one of the drinks.
Never consistent. I'd rather drive into downtown provo to go get my food and drinks. And I hate going into provo.
