Needs an adult in charge. It was unbearable trying to order and watching the kids act ridiculous waiting for our order. The boy taking our order was yelling in the speaker trying to be funny when trying to order making it difficult to order, then watching the boys antagonize the girls trying to work including punching them as they were trying to get by to get things. Another young man pull his shirt up and stick his hands down his pants and then go mess with peoples food.

Probably the worst sonic I've been to. Employees always messing around. Shop hours always vary based on "manager said so". Machines are never working and there is always something wrong with one of the drinks. Never consistent. I'd rather drive into downtown provo to go get my food and drinks. And I hate going into provo.

Can’t review the food if you can’t get them to make it! I understand it isn’t an ideal position to work at a fast food establishment. I also understand that there are other customers and orders to account for at the time. Maybe someone before me ordered too much and it was poor timing. (So also if you’re that person ordering 20 ice creams GO AWAY) But I would much rather someone just tell me they don’t want to make an ice cream than lie and say the machine is broken. Can a sad girl get one stinkin chocolatey ice cream? I can’t! Every time I try “it’s broken” okay well I’m confused. This has not been the first time…and has happened repetitively.
Sonic. You owe me an ice cream treat. Your machine isn’t broken. I’m tired of driving out for a pick me up and instead I get incredibly let down! It’s been too many times, too many too many times.

This place sucks. 2 times in the last week! Gave me my order and didn’t have change so took my food back and made me get change and then come back. Then today the guy with the headset mumbles and couldn’t take our order. And kept saying he can’t hear us at this point we’re screaming to order 🤦♂️ won’t be back

I love sonic but I always forget to ask for ketchup and so when they bring my order to my car, I ask them for ketchup and they have to walk back into the store to get it and have to come back out again to my car. Is there any reason why they are not allowed to carry ketchup with them so they don’t have to make an unnecessary trip back into the store and then back out to my car again?
Came in 08/02/2024 at 10:28 and the person running the drive through was super rude. She sounded like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a soda, it was flat. They came and took it to replace it. Waited 10 minutes and had to push the order button again before they brought out another drink, which was just as flat. They didn't do anything to correct it. I had to go, I was there 30 minutes total for 2 items. Threw my drink out as I was leaving, didn't have time to wait another 15 minutes.

Sonic has deals for those who use their app or on their website. But they take 30+ minutes to put these orders together. We have tried twice now. And both times our shakes took 30+ minutes and they deliver you the shakes that are half melted.. absolutely terrible service. On the second attempt ordering here I let the waitress know our order number the moment it was ordered so we wouldn’t be delivered soup 30 minutes later again and she just gave me an attitude and it was obvious she didn’t care in the slightest.
Don’t spend your money here. You can get better shakes and service any where else.
