They lie about operating hours

First off NO GLOVES I watched the lady make off our slushes and she had no gloves on. Second she did not mix the slushes and as she handed them to us we asked if she mixed them and if there was nerds (which we know there wasn’t any cuz we watched her make it) and she said “yes, if I can find something to mix it with right now”. And 3 she didn’t mix my strawberry limeade slushy, so as I was mixing it myself I noticed there were NO strawberries and it would hardly become pink like it supposed to be, and the strawberries are my favorite part. So overall the services sucked and it seemed gross, will not go back. Would no stars if I could.

I never post reviews ever. But this morning I ordered TWO drinks, I placed the order 15 minutes ahead. I arrived at Sonic and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes after being checked in. The drinks were a Dr Pepper with lime and a Diet Coke with lime— THATS IT. Literally nothing else to it. As I waited, I had plenty of time to take in the fact that there were literally no other cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru the ENTIRE time I was here. I understand waiting a few minutes, but TEN, with a FIFTEEN minute heads up? Absolutely ridiculous.

I waited 45min for my order and I never got it!
I ordered at 3:40 and I went inside at 4:00 o’clock to make sure they didn’t forget about me and they said “ uhh I think we have your order we will bring it out in a min” they came out side at 4:20 saying that I needed to order again. At that point I just left! If you’re hungry for a burger just go to McDonald’s. Or else be prepared to wait an hour for your order! SO UNORGANIZED!

I had a pickup order that I needed to pick up as soon as possible. I had to wait 45 min because multiple employees kept coming out to talk with some other customer in their car. I was waiting around a half hour and multiple cars got their order before mine

The young lad that gave us our food was very kind and was the only positive thing about my experience here at sonic.

There was nothing sonic about the time it took to get my order. Took a very long time even for fast food. I thought that was their specialty. They also got my buddy’s order wrong.

Also my corn dog was colder than my milkshake, and more stale than the paper bag it was delivered to me in. Won’t be coming back.

Food, and drive through worker was great, we order our food (and our sauce bc my husband and I are very picky when it comes to sauce)every thing went fine, but the experience we had with our server that brought us our food out too us was uhhhh. Idk what words to use to describe it. I’m going to try and be as nice as possible but be descriptive on how I explain, he was a very heavy man with a very long strawberry blonde beard, well as he brought our food I made sure the all sauce was in the bad bc I was specific when I said I needed 6 marinara. Well there was only 2 so I kindly said “ oh there’s only two in here, I asked for 6” this guy looks and me and says “ well why do you need that many?”. I was kinda in shock that he even asked that, my husband then looked at him and said “bc she asks for 6!” We eventually got 6 but it’s just the fact that I asked nicely and he was so rude when he asked why i needed so many. Three for me three for him 🤷🏼‍♀️ that simple. I paid for it give me the 6 sauces.

I go there sometimes probably every couple weeks and it has just gone down hill I went there recently and I ordered one cheeseburger with a side of mozzarella sticks,nothing else and waited for over half an hour there were just teenage boys messing around barely any adults and there was a car full of boys the teenager who worked there kept coming out and talking to them and were messing around my food never came out even though they took my order.

We ordered food through the drive thru and it it took a really long time. When they handed us our order, we were missing a chicken sandwich and everything was barely warm. (It took over 10 mins to get a grilled cheese sandwich, some mozzarella sticks, and tater tots- mind you, this was in the drive thru and no one was in front of us.) The kid at the window politely asked us to move our car to an open spot right by the drive thru window because they needed to cook the chicken and had cars behind us. After 24 mins of waiting and trying to get the kid’s attention, we left. He either forgot about us or never intended on bringing the sandwich to us. They had 3 employees working, so they weren’t short staffed. Next time we visit Sonic, it won’t be this one. It will be down south where they do it right. This one is not worth going to.

Sat at the drive thru for 10 min, nobody took our order or said anything. We could see the workers talking with each other and sipping on their drinks through the window. A long line of cars built up after us too.

The guy who was on stall 13 around 9 had the biggest attitude ever all because my daughter accidentally pressed the button and i tried to apologize saying i already ordered and all he did was say okay really mad sonic needs to do better with their employees however the one guy wearing camo that day was one of the sweetest people ever he made sure i got the right order

My wife and I went for a late night snack here around 9pm. The crew member that took our order was amazing and did everything correct but when the food came out my food was incorrect and they forgot sauces. I had order chilli tots with no cheese (as I'm lactose intolerant) and they put cheese on them my wife went inside to get them corrected and when she addressed this issue was looked at oddly. They said they would correct the order but then they were out of chili. The cook was at least nice enough to offer to put cold chili on them and then gave me extra tots when I politely declined since I wasn't going home. Just would have been nice to not have to wait an extra 15 min for my food because they messed up in the first place.
