Really really great food, but was disappointed when I went in to see that this restaurant does not follow CDC guidelines for preparing food. Cooks and food handlers do not wear facial coverings while in contact with food. Had to stop eating here after I saw the food handlers eating snacks over the grill while preparing meals.
Really disappointed because the food is very affordable and delicious, just not worth the risk.
get the guac salsa, best stuff around. all food is great but that guac, wow.
I highly recommend Casa Salza! You guys have THE BEST salsa ever and I do not agree with any of the less than excellent reviews. We have never ever experienced any of those problems. We have always had quick service, good food, the right order and Melody has always been just the sweetest!

Casa Salza | Mexican is an unassuming little place with the best Amer-xican EVER. The food is very delicious, with options like verde enchiladas with chicken, sweet pork, chicken tacos, wrapped burritos, sweet pork casadillas, and a sweet pork burrito smothered in a green sauce. The salza is out of this world, made fresh daily, and is a must try. The salsa is THE BEST, though it can be a bit on the pricier side, with extra charges for adding meat to a taco. The service is exceptional; employees are super nice, respectful, patient, and give great recommendations. The hometown small joint atmosphere feels warm and filled with love. It can be a bit busy, especially on a Saturday around noon. The inside could be updated, and an extra person might help up front taking orders, as one person handles the drive thru and counter. The soda and condiments area could improve, but overall it is a clean and quiet place to sit and eat with excellent quality of food and service.
