I love sonic but I always forget to ask for ketchup and so when they bring my order to my car, I ask them for ketchup and they have to walk back into the store to get it and have to come back out again to my car. Is there any reason why they are not allowed to carry ketchup with them so they don’t have to make an unnecessary trip back into the store and then back out to my car again?
They were out of ice cream. They couldn't inform me because it was an online order.
They didn't tell me at first until I asked about my third item missing. Then I asked for a Slushie. They refunded the difference. I've worked food management, they should've just compd the ice cream and given me the slushie. My daughter was disappointed as she had waited all day for one.
