Didn't feel like making my order correct and sending it out the door correct so they left items out of my order because they're lazy and incompetent highly recommend going to any other location but this one they do this all the time only time my order is ever right is when I go in in person and they don't have a choice but to make it right horrible experience here each and every time!!!!

I’ve been hitting this Taco Bell since they came out with the value boxes so basically for the last nine months I go to Taco Bell for lunch and dinner. They know it the one here in Spanish Fork and they know I love my chips and cheese. I always get a five dollar box extra nacho cheese, extra sour cream, add onion and an extra chips and cheese after nine months they had the audacity to give me lumpy cold cheese when they know I love my chips and cheese, but right there that tells me they don’t care about their patrons. They’re there for a paycheck and that’s it. The manager the one manager has done me right giving me free tacos and stuff, but I quit going altogether so they’re gonna lose out on all that money because they gave me cold bumpy cheese that’s that’s rude.

Said that the Spanish fork location was open till 2 am on a friday and showed up at 12:30 am and it said they were closed but people still in there. So may want to update your hours correctly.

Was told that the steak quesadillas weren't supposed to have steak. Fair enough, what about any meat at all? That elicited an eyeroll.
I have ordered from this location before several times and have not had an issue. Tonight however there was white mold on the tortilla of my Mexican pizza. I could tell the flavor was off, sour, from the first bite and then I saw the little splotches of mold. I hesitate leaving two stars because usually I have had no problems but was disappointed tonight as I was looking forward to my dinner and had to throw it out.

While I will say the food was fresh and hot I am appalled by the lack of meat in these street chalupas. They are not cheap. I shouldn’t have to pay for extra meat to get even 1 layer of chicken in the taco. Ridiculous.
