There are so many delicious things on this menu that I am dying to try, but I can't because of the SOUP!! Not just one soup, every soup! Its the best soup I've ever had. Fortunately, my husband spends some time down there in Sanpete so I have coordinated home delivery to Payson.. Most recent was the cabbage soup which was blow my mind delicious but not any more or less good than the leek soup or the tortellini soup or any other soup I've had there. Highly recommend! (I just said SOUP a lot of times. I really like soup! Haha)

It’s my favorite restaurant here in Sanpete county. Spring city is such a cute town and Das Cafe’s carrots cake is so delicious. My husband likes their gravy. We love coming to it. The only down side are the hours. Just make sure you check when they are open before heading over.
