Place is perfect for their outdoor patio and wanting to get your basic Mexican food in. I wouldn't come in expecting a punch of flavor. Given where you're at, it's not bad. They give you decently sized portions, have welcoming service, great spot to sit outside, grab a marg or two, and eat some Mexican food. Ordered a taco and enchilada plate - taco and enchilada were good/ standard, rice and beans...couldn't taste much.
Best choice in Springdale! We ate at 6 different restaurants during our Zion visit and this was the tastiest, most reasonable, and least crowded. We were actually in the hourlong dinner queue for the Pizza and Noodle house and decided to have a drink and appetizer here while waiting. As soon as we tasted the Casa de Amigos guacamole, we canceled our spot in line. We enjoyed epic huaraches, tacos, and a Paloma with no wait. The food was delicious and had really good prices. The staff was really friendly and we got served pretty quick! If you’re torn between getting 2 or 3 tacos like I was, just know they are filled pretty heavily :)
