I'm sure they're trying their best given the location/conditions but this was pretty disappointing. We only ate about half of our BBQ sandwiches. We guessed that they are pressure cooking the meat? Either way, it doesn't compare to the BBQ we've had elsewhere.
Open early (promptly at 7!) and quick service for protein rich meals. Right next to the park entrance and gorgeous views. Sadly they don’t serve coffee but otherwise a great spot to stop.
This casual place has a yummy breakfast bowl that was generous, delicious and very satisfying. We enjoyed the view of Zion mountains as we sat comfortabley enjoying our coffee, eagle and bowl.
