My wife and I were were staying in Springdale while visiting Zion National Park. On our vacation, we were visiting several National Parks and had just come from the Bryce National Park area that we found to be a "restaurant desert". Springdale was the exact opposite with what looked to be a number of good choices and highly rated. Best meal, by far, we had in Zion! The service was fantastic, views incredible and food outstanding. We had the lamb meatballs and NY Strip which I typically don’t love but it was a wagyu hybrid and ate very tender. The plantains that came with the steak were so good I almost asked for a side of just those. Desserts are homemade by the owner’s wife and such a perfect way to cap off the meal - we got the apple pear crumble and subbed salted praline ice cream for the vanilla...
