Convenient if you stay at the lodge and only place to dine in the park. Prices are reasonable but everything else goes downhill. Food served at breakfast was good but dinners were just ok. Don’t order salmon cakes as deep fried to a crisp. The server’s response was that is the way they’re served? I ate 2 of 3 after taking off the burnt coating. Best place to eat in Zion. Great service from all of the people who work there. Yes, food is not a 5 star, but it worth for price, especially in the national park. We really tried to go there in the dinner time, but shuttle is not working at night and you are not allowed to drive there with your car. So, dinner is option only for hotel residents or you need to hike to your campground
Food was comparable to Denny’s and priced similarly (average overall). The view and ambience was really great. However, the experience was soured by lackluster service and an encounter with another staff member who was incredibly grumpy and rude. Good stop for a post-hike drink, I’d probably skip the food.
