Update: This Cafe Rio is good, though it suffers from some of the same issues as other locations: sometimes meat or guac are too salty, sometimes the drinks are too sweet, etc. There’s some inconsistency, but it’s not a huge variation and the food is generally still very good. The service is good and much quicker than when they were new. Employees are friendly and efficient.

Food is good but they don't take care making it. The food is not measured and they just throw it on, I ordered a shredded chicken tostada and hardly got any chicken or beans for the price I paid. It was rather disappointing.

The rice was dry a brittle. Some of it was moist. The fire grilled chicken was dry, so I had to add sour cream and guacamole to it to finish it. The charge for the guacamole is outragious ($1.79) for the amount (less than a tablespoon).
