UPDATE 2025: Not sure what happened to Cafe Rio, but came here to update my review and noticed that everyone else seems to be having the same subpar experience I am having. Seems like they are trying to save money by giving skimpy portions, and lower quality ingredients, while hoping that our taste buds and tummy’s won’t notice. Well it’s clear that people are noticing.
