You need to try this place! As a Colombian I could say this tastes really authentic, it’s so good! The servers were super nice and kind, they brought the food super quick. We ordered Bandeja paisa and Mojarra frita and they were delicious! The atmosphere was super fun and vivid. I really recommend this place!

Food was delicious, perhaps my favorite South American experience in the Salt Lake area so far. Brilliantly cooked meats, tender, fatty, running with juice while having awesome crispy bits all at once. The flavor of everything was simple and natural yet so rich. The only challenge was sorting gluten-free items out for someone with an allergy as neither the wait staff, kitchen, or menu were quite clear on this. The menu was very delicious, my people, from my own experience I loved the atmosphere, the place was very pleasant, beautiful, the dishes were delicious, very reasonable prices, come visit Casa Savage, I recommend it.
