Crumbl in Springville always has the best staff who greet you and and are willing to help with any questions. Their cookies look like the pictures most of the time. The strawberry skillet cookie didn't have any strawberries on top and it was just a big blob of the cream in the middle. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with the appearance of a cookie. I will definitely return to this location again. One less than perfect appearance of a cookie won't change my mind about how delicious they are. Hey! Looks are everything 😉
