You order pick up on the iPad, and they call you know when it’s ready. Never was talked to or greeted outside of my name being called to pick up the order I placed.
I do appreciate that they show you the cookies you’re getting before closing the box to make sure everything looks good.

One of these cookies is not like the others! I bought 18 cookies to take home a freeze since I LOVE the original pink cookie. When shown this box of cookies and asked if they looked OK, I asked if I could get a box off the tray that the "one" cookie came from. I mean, you can see the cookie through the frosting on the other 11! The manager was asked. He didn't even come over to look at the cookies. He just said they are all the same and refused to exchange the cookies. Why even ask if the cookies look OK when you won't do anything about it when your customer calls it out! Poor customer service for someone who just spent $65 on cookies! This was Saturday, Sept 28 at 1130am at Springville location:(
