We ordered online. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and clicked the box for “cheese it up”. Then I realized they charged me $2 extra dollars for that. So I went into edit and removed the cheese it up check. I was sent a pizza completely burnt and without any cheese. Then when I called they said they can’t help me because I ordered online? Buyer beware.

My mother had gone into this location around 5-7 PM and was greeted with terrible customer service by about 3-5 crew members doing nothing but ignoring customers while others wait to order pizza. Not even a hello, how are you, nothing. Go ahead and go to this location if you want terrible service by miserable people.If you want dry pizza go in here as well, terrible management who doesnt care about who they hire. This location needs to do better

This wasn’t pizza — it was literally bread and salt. No cheese, no meat, no toppings. Just dry dough with salt on it. Total junk. Paid for pizza and got absolute garbage instead. Never ordering from Domino’s Springville again. Complete waste of money.

Don’t order from this location. These kids do not know how to follow directions when driving to a location. We have been waiting for over 2 hours for our food and right as the website said it was delivered they dropped it off at the wrong house.

EDIT: 1 month later, I ordered no Canadian bacon just pineapple and they gave me no pineapple and all Canadian bacon :(

Was really craving some good ol’ Dominos pizza on the way home from work. Went to order and there were 3 teenage kids working, told my husband it would be 30 mins to order 2 pizzas. One thin crust, one normal and a 2 liter soda. My husband came back inside to grab a bigger bill and was told they couldn’t take $100 even though our total was more than $30. If you don’t want to do your job, just say that. Worst customer service.

We have ordered pizza from this Dominos countless times since we have lived here and have never had issues with timing or the quality of the food. Today we picked up our order and forgot to look at it before leaving the parking lot. We got home and realized we were given a pepperoni pizza instead of the hawaiian that we ordered. We called the store and they were very professional and friendly and apologized for the mistake. They had a new pizza ready for us very quickly and it was easy to resolve the issue.

Disorganized and frustrating experience.
There were several issues with my visit:
I stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to pay while being completely ignored. The store felt chaotic—employees rushing around, the phone ringing endlessly, and one worker was tossing pizzas out of the oven carelessly. Eventually, I just sat down to wait. A worker handed me my order before I even paid. I had to point out that I hadn’t paid yet, and only then did they take my payment—after I already had the food. On top of that, they accidentally made my order twice. When I asked about the duplicate, they insisted it was for someone else—even though it was clearly my exact pizza. The food itself was good, but the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and the store was a mess. Definitely needs improvement.
First off, it's Domino's, so you get what you pay for. Decent food for a decent price. However, I have never received what I ordered in a good way. Pizzas are frequently cut into very uneven slices, they've given the wrong sauce, or just the wrong bread (heck, I don't even think it was a product on their menu once). I'll stop ordering from this place and wait until I live closer to another.

After several bad experiences at this dominoes 5 years ago, I quit ordering. So I decided to try them again 5 years later. They gave me two pizzas that were not what I ordered. I’m sad. I like dominoes, but this one can never get it right.

They don’t always hit the mark, but they have always given great service. It’s fast food not fine dining, inspect what you expect. They tend to only have one driver on weekdays so if you want your order fast don’t do delivery. I don’t mind waiting an hour for my pizza as long as my pizza is hot when it gets here. The one time it wasn’t, they took care of us.
