A clean, fresh, and organized IHOP. I had a BLT sandwich and it was very good. My waiter was attentive, and the manager was checking on customers. Easy off, and Easy on the I15 freeway in Springville, Utah. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend as I eat at the Springville IHOP several times a week. Always great food. Several times, sat back and observed while it was very busy (being that I am a server)--intuitive and attentive service from the team of staff, which seems to foster a welcoming friendly vibe and environment- top notch. Props to the cooks. Sirloin tips are always a treat. (What happened to them cool blue neon lights that used to be up top?)

We ate at springville ihop this morning with our 2 little kids and had a great time! We really loved our waiter, Caden. Very friendly and helpful. Best waiter we’ve had in a while. Food was great, drinks stayed full!
