One of the best soda shops in Utah county. I like the rice crispy treats (whenever they finally have some), the peanut butter cookies, and the Southern Gentleman extra dirty. The employees are pretty nice.

Never had this bad of customer service ever. My drink was gross, they made an entirely different drink. I didn’t have time to go back, and they don’t answer their phone. I’ve been coming here for years seriously gone downhill. go to sip-n for good drinks and kind customer service.

I love the drinks here, but the wait is so long every time I go. The drive through line is always multiple cars long. When I go inside, I can see they only have 2 employees working, and they are doing their best to get everyone taken care of. With the drive through, lobby, and online orders, having only 2 employees working is ridiculous. I feel bad for the teens/ young adults that work here, it's got to be stressful trying to juggle all of that.

It’s very frustrating when they count the till 10-15 minutes before they close and then tell you they can’t take cash. It also sucks when you wait in a line 15 min before they close and get to the window right at 10 because one employee is cleaning and one is making drinks and they say their system will not let them help you because it shuts down at closing. I have been a loyal customer to this store and it is extremely frustrating the way you get treated at closing time.

I asked for a suggestion on a lemonade based and it needed to be tart. She suggested Pixie, and it was perfect. The snickerdoodle was great too.

SLOWEST PLACE EVER. Everytime I go in, I watch the workers just chit chat and take so long to make each drink. When I’m in the drive through, I wait for so much longer than should be needed. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When I pull up to the window, I can see the workers inside just talking. BE BETTER. I have never experienced this with any sodalicious except this location.

I’ve never waited longer in line for a 4 car line. We went to pick up drinks for my mom 15 minutes before my sisters lacrosse game and ended up 25 minutes late to the game and the game was at the local high school 5 minutes away. It took us a total 40 minutes to get 3, 32 ounce drinks. I LOVE sodalicious but oh my goodness that was terrible. The girl like didn’t listen and the dude repeating back the order screwed up 10 times and had to redo 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered. It was not worth it because the drinks were also so off balanced and they got my moms order wrong after we repeated it 4 times to the girl who wouldn’t listen. Terrible experience, will go again to the other location in springville but not this one.
