More than once have found springville store not open at 8:00. This week two days in a row not open. Yesterday the Coke truck was waiting to make a delivery. Very disappointed.

Me and my boyfriend order drinks from here all the time. But the last 2-3 times we have both received non-carbonated drinks that are supposed to be. They taste like they’ve been sitting out all day. Pretty disappointing but oh well.

I order a refresher and I was completely ful for d ice and barely any drink. Definitely not worth the almost $5 dollars I spent on it. It also doesn’t have much flavor. Would not recommend. Also it to over 10 minutes in the drive thru.

Places quick, they appreciate and will make difficult or strange orders that are placed. It's not something you would go in and hang out and eat though there are a couple chairs inside

So annoyed. Pulled into the drive through line 5 minutes before they closed and after waiting 5 minutes for them to serve the car in front of us, we pulled up to the window right at closing time. Then they told us that their system wouldn’t let us order. Such a lie. Just young kids working that wanted to go home. They don’t care that the company lost out on $20. Won’t affect them. But the management/owners need to know of this behavior and we won’t come back here again. They wanted to have 5 more minutes of their life, but don’t realize that they stole 5 minutes of our life because they’re selfish. Lots of other options out there. Hope this business fails.

I ordered drinks and had them deliver by doordash. The service was great and Timely . unfortunately my ginger ale was flat so I couldn't even drink it. If I can make a suggestion,, pls make sure that your sodas are prooerly carbonated.. thanks

Apparently we're known for our obsession here with dirty soda 😜 Sodalicious does an incredible job, having so many different options, as well as the choice to customize your creation from scratch! They are always very quick to serve, so if there is a line of 3-4 cars, you can still get through pretty quickly.
ALL of the employees are always so kind. I love that no matter what location I go to, they always have smiles on their faces, and are happy to greet you.
They have delicious cookies for an extra treat that you can purchase as well. Great place to get a quick fill of your caffeine for the day, or even just to stop and grab everyone in the family a treat!
The ONLY complaint I have, is that they never have any gift cards when I go, they are always out.

Like others have said before, we walked in, the three ladies working looked at us and continued talking. When we decided to leave without ordering since the story was lengthy, and not very interesting, they gave us dirty looks. Not great customer service
Went to the drive thru placed my order and presented my gift card for my drinks and was on my way. Couldn't ask for more. 👍

I stopped coming to Sodalicious over a year ago because this location is soooooooo slow! Cut to today, turns out it hasn’t changed. There were three cars ahead of me and I’m going on waiting for 20 minutes. I genuinely don’t know why people keep going there.

I waited in line with only one person in front for 12 minute. The drive thru people were chating with car in front. I honked and when got to window told the kid that is was rude and bad customer service. He told me his name Adian and not to comeback if I didn't like it.
