The app forces you to pay with a Starbucks gift card to place a pickup order. No credit card. No Apple Pay. Just their closed, monopolized gift card system. That means loading money first just to buy a coffee. Unacceptable.
This isn’t convenience it’s coercion. Locking customers into prepaid balances so Starbucks can sit on your money is predatory and lazy. Every other location manages normal payments just fine.
If you can’t support basic modern transactions, don’t offer mobile ordering. Until then, I’ll spend my money somewhere that doesn’t treat customers like walking wallets.

I cannot recommend this Starbucks, especially if you are Black. The service was very rude, unhelpful, and my questions and order were ignored. She is racist like girl it’s 2026 no need. didn’t get her name but went there between 12:03-12:10pm. 1/14/2026

Instead of getting a small mocha I got what tasted like a hot chocolate. Of course.I should have known when the cappuccino machine wasn't making any sound when they were supposedly making my mocha. We were there about 1630. Not even near closing.

They aren’t very good at making good coffee and they just don’t care. I always tell myself I’m not going to return to this location but it’s super convenient. Teach them to make drinks that taste like coffee, not milk, and this would be a perfect location.
