Take a look at my sandwich on flatbread, I don’t think I need to say anymore. Except, I won’t be back. 1 1/2 slices of tomatoe, 3 pieces of spinach, 2 slices of cucumber and a couple strands of onions on a piece of flatbread $11 later. Ordered online!

Really cool. The employee asked for the bread, meat, cheese, and all the vegetables (I listed like 8 different ones) and 2 sauces. She asked right at the beginning of my order. Then she remembered the whole thing. Didn’t make a single mistake. Made the process super smooth and seamless ??

Did an online order tonight. Went in to get my food at the right time. My sandwhich was still not made and they failed to call and let me know they were out of everything put on the order. I wpuld have just canceled my order at this point.Last few times i have been at this location i have not been impressed

I've been here many times and given them many chances to change my mind. In an 8 month time span, going about every 2 weeks, I've only been helped one time and it was because i got out of the drive thru and went in the store. When you go in the drive thru you are completely ignored. When I went in the girl was working with what looked like her manager, and she told the employee to close up even though she had never done it before because she wanted to go home. After their conversation it took 25 minutes for her to make one sandwich. I don't blame the employee because it seems more like a lack of management training.

Only two or three people working there, and they are all sooo slow at everything; whether I'm in line or in the drive thru the wait is never shorter than 20-25 minutes, by which my hot sandwich is no longer hot. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance (right by my work, but by the time I get my food my lunch break is over).

Can't find where to say this so the manager will see, but here should do it. I just got a lovely experience from on of their employees Ella! She was very sweet and took my order quickly and happily! She was so nice to talk to I really hope her managers see this so they know she's a great employee! Please give her a raise, she deserves it!

I'm giving 5 stars ONLY because the young woman working tonight 10/20/23 at around 9pm was incredible. If that store wants to keep her they better make her a manager before she realizes how well she could do anywhere. My friend, my daughter, and I were absolutely shocked to see her working there by herself. The lobby was still open (just before 9) and she is in the building alone. No one should be working alone after dark in a building open to the public, and unfortunately a young woman definitely should not.I wish I could remember her name but she was kind and patient, spoke with my daughter (who is extremely shy) and made her feel like they were long time friends. Not to mention our sandwichs were perfect!I really hope management reconsiders their unsafe policies.
