Can't find where to say this so the manager will see, but here should do it. I just got a lovely experience from on of their employees Ella! She was very sweet and took my order quickly and happily! She was so nice to talk to I really hope her managers see this so they know she's a great employee! Please give her a raise, she deserves it!
I'm giving 5 stars ONLY because the young woman working tonight 10/20/23 at around 9pm was incredible. If that store wants to keep her they better make her a manager before she realizes how well she could do anywhere. My friend, my daughter, and I were absolutely shocked to see her working there by herself. The lobby was still open (just before 9) and she is in the building alone.
