I give it a three star because I never been there but smoothies are yummy there's must be two. Lot of franchise places open and up here wow.

I cannot rate the atmosphere because we did not go inside.The smoothie was terrible it had no flavor whatsoever and we waited a crazy amount of time for them to make them and nobody was in the drive through and nobody was in the store so they were not busy!

Spilled my entire smoothie in my car, went back to get another (and told the employee what had happened while handing my card over to pay for a second smoothie), and they were SO kind and made me a replacement smoothie at no cost. To top it all off, they wrote me an uplifting note on the side of my smoothie cup! Thank you, Tropical Smoothie Cafe employee whose name I don’t know!

I learned about this place through a promotion and the kids and I have liked every smoothie We’ve gotten there. My daughter loves the bowls. The company is great about letting you choose among sweetners—or having none—and I was impressed with a manager’s ability and willingness to diffuse and resolve an issue with the promotion when they could have passed the buck to corporate and have it escalated.

I believe I lost my credit card when I was there a week ago. I have called every day several times a day and nobody ever answers their office line.

Asking for Tip for handing me my drink threw the window is insane! This abusive tip culture needs to stop

Nothing negative to say other than their smoothies are typically too sweet for me, but you can ask them to leave out the sugar/honey. The avacolada and chia banana blast are both delicious. Their chipotle chicken club is actually a really good sandwich. It's nice that they have a drive through.

Found this place and loved it ever since! So glad they are around because it is a great healthy choice for lunch or a healthy snack!

My wife and I had our first date here. We even commemorated it with matching tattoos of smoothies. Not cafe branded of course but it's a fun reminder. We go all the time, this most recent time I tried to pay with $100 bill and was told that they don't accept bills that large. There is no sign stating this, so i asked how much i needed to spend so she could take it (willing to spend more money at their establishment), she said that she still couldnt take it. I then asked the employee if I ordered $100 worth of smoothies would she be able to take it then? She shrugged and said that she just worked there... I went to the Smiths nearby and got carried away and spent more than I should but still had enough to get the wife and I a couple mini smoothies. When I went back and placed my order I was told that they could not do mini smoothies in the flavor I ordered. This was strange since we have gotten it in the mini multiple times. I ended up getting the wife a regular size and left. They were unresponsive to my attempts to resolve the issue by spending more money with them and offered me no solutions, then they turn down a secondary request. They wasted my time and left me frustrated. I'll be looking for other smoothie options in the future, if I'm willing to spend more money I'm damn well willing to drive a little further to another establishment.

Worst customer service ever. They even asked me to leave and I only asked for an email to complain.
