I come to this location at least 3 times a week. When putting in a delivery order of 40 dollars they gave the dasher the wrong order. I called the store and the manager told me I needed to call the dasher and have them go back, so upon calling the dasher they said they weren't able to go back due to the store giving him the order they did. So I called customer support they said they would immediately give me a full refund due to not receiving my order at all. The next day I still have NOT recieved a refund or anything at all. So upon calling the store again and asking for the manager on duty, the manager proceeded to tell me it was her I talked to the night before and that there was absolutely NOTHING SHE COULD DO! I have never been treated this poorly by any food place nor had my money taken an recieved absolutely NO ORDER as well!!! So that's basically theft and they have now lost a regular customer that spends alot of money at this location.

I just went through the drive thru and have to say something about this.
There was a car 2 ahead of me that was ordering when I pulled up. Before I know it, other vehicles are behind me. This vehicle took HALF AN HOUR to get their order.
They didn’t get put in a stall for the employees to bring their food and smoothies out.. the made us all wait. STUCK!! There is a huge curb on the side of the driveway so there is absolutely no way to get out of that line.
I spoke to the manager telling her she should have the wait in a stall.. she said she only had the 2 of them and “what do you want me to do about it? The best o can do is give 10% off coupon for next time.”
It was rude and if you need to do anything else in life.. don’t go get stuck here. Ridiculous!!!!!

Went to get a smoothie, we love the chia banana boost. Usually they’ve been great here but this time we put our order in on the mobile app and when we got there it wasn’t ready. Which we totally get since it was a bit busy. But disappointed that when we got our smoothies they’re weren’t blended all the way and super bland. We went back to the cashier and told the girl. She was nice and said they would remake our order but the girls in the back rolled their eyes and made a face…haha umm excuse me we can see you. It was unfortunate that even if you’re a teenager or young, you should still have good customer service whether you’re at the front of the house or back of the house.

The drive through is designed weird which makes it difficult to pull up close to the window. I pulled up a little far from the curb, and then expected to reach far out my window to grab my food. When the lady opened the window gave me a disgusted look and says, "Move closer to the window." in a rude way.

I went back today and when the lady handed me my stuff she just turned around closed the window and didn't say anything. I was then confused if I was good to go or not.

This place has good food, but the service is not great. However, it is something that can be fixed

Paid $9.42 for a SMOOTHIE that pretty much taste like water supposed to be watermelon but hardly had any flavor. The blonde girl with the nose ring was also very rude when I asked why it was taking so long. She then walked back over to one of the other employees and told her and they were both laughing. It was very clear they they were talking about me. If you want nice good customer service and a good smoothie, I’d recommend going somewhere else

I love this place! The smoothies are literally my favorite! Only problem is it takes forever for anything to come out...and it doesn't matter if you pre-order on the app because they take 15+ mins more than the promised time.

My husband and I love tropical smoothie & visit almost once a week. Unfortunately yesterday we had a really poor experience here. We went through the drive through to order smoothies around 5:50…by the time we got to the window to pay it was 6:00. The employee then proceeded to tell us that it was 6:00 and they were closed now and wanted to know if we still wanted the food we had already ordered before they closed. We said yes & that we would be happy to give a nice tip for the inconvenience. The employee was unfortunately pretty rude and when she handed my husband the card reader to pay she had preselected a tip for herself….this really rubbed us the wrong way. We were aware it was the Fourth of July and that we were cutting it close to closing time so we were already planning on leaving a really nice tip…but the kind of service we received frankly deserved no tip at all. This was really disappointing and left us with a bad experience at one of our favorite spots:/

I love the food @ Tropical Smoothie Cafe - from the flatbreads & wraps to the smoothies & bowls. The only downside is it is WAY overpriced - especially for the portion sizes they give. I expected a $10 Açaí bowl to be about twice as big as what they gave me. And you really need 2 flatbreads to fill you up. If they lowered the prices or increased the portion sizes, I would 100% be a regular.

I got an acai bowl through the drive through the "smoothie" part of it was rock solid so I couldn't actually eat it. Not very happy to pay $11 for food I can't actually eat.
