Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

I absolutely love Wingstop!!! The Springville location is always very clean, they always get my order correct, my food is always hot and I love the management!! Would definitely recommend!!

Ok I need to be brutally honest here. The food is decent at best. The chicken straps i bought were ok. The best ones were the Hickory BBQ sauced strips. The rest were an abomination to the senses. The fries had a quality taste but no crisp or firmness at all. The pricing was $20 over the top for me. If the meal as a whole was closer to $30 I would have been happier. I'm sorry Wing stop lovers but I can't understand the hype. 3.5/5 for me.

Went in recently during their dinner rush, and over heard one of the female workers talking about how they had some adult fun in the walk in. Will not be eating here again, and the worker should be let go.

Wings were in an actual puddle of oil, and the seasoning was non existent. I love Wingstop and I always get Louisiana rub but these wings tasted like they were from Walmart or something I couldn’t even tell they were my flavor that’s how bad they were.

Placed a pick up order and it said ready for pick up so headed to the store and then they proceed to say oh I didn’t see the ticket brother it’s been there for 20 minutes how do you not see that so I had to wait another 10 terrible customer service and the employees need to pay more attention to their job they’re getting paid to do
