Zeppe's Italian Ice - Springville

The custard is very good, but when we go here our order often gets made wrong and it’s almost always very slow to come out.

Wonderful place for an Italian desert! They have multiple types of Italian ice cream(Italian ice). Gelatas, dole whip, frozen custard, concrete shakes and much more! I recommend the dole whip or little Italy that combines different types all in one cup. It's usually a bit of a wait in line, but worth it!

We just went to Zeppe's Italian Ice for our first time!
We have absolutely been missing out...

This is a really fun little spot, and they have so many different types of treats to try out. Lots of different combinations and choices.

They have outdoor seating areas, and also a convenient drive-thru.
It's a nice spot for a super quick treat, or even just a family outing or one-on-one time with one of your children.

Love Zeppe’s in Springville! I’ve tried their custard, concretes, and dole whip, and they’ve all been fantastic. The custard is super smooth and creamy - its some of the best I've had, especially with their monthly flavor rotation. The dole whip is refreshing and not too heavy. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. Great spot here in springville

My family love this place the only problem is speed. I'm not sure if I'm missing something but they are literally scooping Italian ice into a cup, however even when there is nobody in line it's about a 15 minutes wait

Good treats, but reallllly slow. Like, two cars left ahead of me and we still waited a good 10 minutes for like 4 cars ahead of us. Slow-slow.

Paid 15 bucks for two cups of root beer with next to no ice cream when I got root beer floats. Great hustle guys love it

This place was so good, on our way out he gave us two free ices, they accidentally messed up my order, and when I asked, the apologized, and made another one right away, the customer service was amazing, the manager who checked us out was so good, I'm going there everytime I'm going to Springville, so good.

We went at 10:15 and they were closed. Hours online not correct.

Love the place. Amazing Gelata. They need some manager experience asap though. Cashier sold us on Churro donuts, but then proceeded to take 30 min while ours and several other groups orders all sat on the counter melting while waiting for the churro to finish.

Ben worked tonight and was one of the nicest workers ever. He was genuine, gave great recommendations, and asked if we had a stamp card with some employees forget to mention. He was awesome, the custard is delicious. Clean nice location. Definitely will be back!

Visiting family from Texas and this was our daughters one thing she requested to go to. They didn't disappoint and our server made her night by letting her try new flavors. Definitely looking forward to coming back when we are in town.

Wheelchair accessibility: Had a ramp to get up to the window and has outdoor windows so you wouldn't have to worry about going through a door.
