Great custard and Italian ice! Service can be a little slow

It’s overpriced but I mess with the blended pineapple and tiger blood. Very yummy and the service is amazing. Very attractive young men.👍😋❤️

Haven’t been in a while and wanted to go do something fun for fall break. My son got a gelata. I saw the picture of a root beer float and it looked good so I got it. We wanted to hurry home and watch a Halloween movie so we hurried home. Maybe 10 min. It was a chilly day too. He ate his and loved it and I got home and mine was just liquid. Root beer and cream which is ok but it was half full and no ice cream at all… nothing like the picture. If it were a hot day I’d get it melting but I was so confused when I got home.
Anyways. Super bummed. Should have snapped a pic but didn’t because we wanted to get to our movie.

There’s so many of them there that they should be both accurate and fast…alas they’re all actually or act like children and are only there to hangout. Resulting in horrible customer service and wait times.

I wanted to give a bad review because we waited for 15 minutes to get to order and waited another 30 minutes to get our order but gosh this stuff is so darn good I can’t leave a bad review. Smooth, I mean so smooth, thick, perfection. Perfect size. Good price. Nice kids at the counter. Lots of seating. We’ll be coming back to get a treat with the whole family next time.

Drive thru took a long time. Then when we got our Gelatas l. They were melted. Not a great experience this time.

I love that they have dairy free options. So yummy.

The Manager and the evening shift manager were awesome and provided fantastic service. The quality of the contents of the Concrete custard desserts was top notch. I'll be back for sure.

Choose the gelato, prefer the monthly flavor of custard. Then come back and try the dole whip. Then come back for the Sunday. It's all good! We always bring friends

One of our favorite places, I had a good experience with the staff as well. Would for sure recommend you give them a try, make sure to try one with the custard. So good!

The manager here was very hospitable and friendly, we were from maryland and he showed us what their menu had to offer. Wish they had this in maryland because id be a regular!

Was the only car in line, ordered 2 Italian ice and waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru window no one was even there.
