My husband really liked the place. I didn't care for the cheap, processed meat. So I met in the middle and gave it three stars to account for both our opinions. By the way, there's no place inside to sit and eat. You have to take the food and go.

I ordered via DoorDash on Friday, super excited to have that delicious salad, breadsticks and pizza. It took my partner a little while to get there to pick it up so I called and Zubs happily delayed making it. But when she went in to pick it up, they asked my non-white partner to verify her order. Fine, cool. Good practice. But then a white woman came in to pick up her partner's order and there was no review of the order. "Pick up for Steve" went without question, from the same person at the counter. I'm not looking for bias but when it's this blatant, I feel compelled to call it out.
