“Had the breakfast burrito and Arnold Palmer were both delicious and loving an opportunity for vegetarian/vegan food availability! I wish I could take you back to Chicago with me!“

“This was my first time here and I was very impressed. They have gluten-free fritters, donuts and beignets! I was finally able to enjoy a yummy treat! I had the blueberry fritter and an iced matcha with boba and was very satisfied. I will be back!“

“Been to Aubergine several times and never have had a bad meal. They have several vegan and vegetarian option which are clearly marked. I got the the Peanut Tofu Bowl which was delicious. The peanut dressing has a nice spice to it. So much comes in the bowl. Very filling. My husband got the Avocado Cashew Melt. He said it was absolutely delicious and would definitely get it again. They have lemonades and teas for self serve. They’re good but the lemonades have stevia in it. Over all, great place to eat but can be a little pricey. For two people, we spend over $40 with tip. But yes, we’ll be back.“

“We got the Full Moon (chocolate and peanut butter with strawberries and banana) and the Blue Majic (pineapple and coconut) and we enjoyed both of these! The fruit was fresh and the bowls were very flavorful. We were also offered a sample of the Everwich which is their version of an ice cream sandwich and it was so good!“
