Food was super good, went here for our 6th anniversary and I think it was well worth it. My wife had never had steak on a rock but she really enjoyed it!
Steak was good, fondue was good as well.
Darcy was my server and she was phenomenal! Very attentive and made my experience great. Thank you Darcy!!!
This was so much fun! We had fondue pot for an appetizer and it was so delicious but it was a lot of food and we were almost full before we got our main course! Cooking on the rock was a fun experience and it was nice to get to cook it to our liking (rare for me).
Huge disappointment! After hearing the hype about this place for 3 years, we finally gave it a try. My husband ordered the Porterhouse & its was the thinnest Porterhouse we’ve ever seen. I ordered the New York strip. Both steaks were tough, overcooked & not quality meats. Served a very small salad to start. Steaks were accompanied by a small scoop of mashed potatoes & carrots. We noticed others around us getting some kind of bread w/ their salads but we did not. I asked about it & our server said it was on a “ask basis”. We questioned what that meant & she said people that come regularly know to ask. But since she knew this was our first visit, I asked, how would we know that?! And how expensive could a roll be with the prices they charge for their meals! Maybe they should try even Texas Roadhouse’s generosity with rolls! Won’t be back & definitely won’t recommended.
The steak was very tough and not cooked as ordered! No dinner rolls! The salad was tiny! Blue cheese was fantastic! Very loud down dinning room! Won’t be back. The porter house was so thin you could see through it!
Todd was a great waiter!!!!! Best waiter we’ve had yet.
Great food and great experience. Definitely get a reservation as it is rather popular. I highly recommend doing the challenge of cooking your meat on the hot stone yourself. A helpful hint, take the meat off the stone when they bring it out and then cut off and cook smaller bite-sized pieces. Do not forget to save room for the dessert chocolate fondue.
Enjoyed the entire dinner
Great food and friendly service
Have not been there in a bit. Went for my wedding anniversary... It was OK, But not quite it like it used to be
Restaurantji Recommends
The food is delicious! My husband and I went tonight for our 15 year anniversary and the waitress could have cared less if we existed. Such a shame because this is a jewel restaurant of southern Utah. Maybe higher or better service or service with more care and personality
The service was excellent, the servers were great, very personable and friendly. The steak, cooked as ordered. The building, one of a kind. The ambience was great. It was an amazing experience. Recommendable.
Even though the place was packed, We got excellent service. We got two different types of steaks that were perfectly cooked along with the sauces, mashed potatoes were to die for. The toblerone fondue was out of this world and definitely a must try experience. They also let you cook your own steak on your table which makes the experience really unique. Highly recommend
Food is always great. Fondue is a great starter with so many varieties of bread, apples, and vegetables to do into the cheese. If you like to be adventurous try the lava rock experience. So Fun. It gets really busy so is good to have a reservation
Fun experience, good food
