The first rolls we received were so flat I thought they’d been pressed in a panini maker. If bread could sigh, these were doing it.
The steak I ordered medium well arrived rare, so rare, I half expected it to introduce itself and ask me to stop cutting into it.
The shrimp, on the other hand, got the opposite treatment: overcooked and seasoned like the chef personally went snorkeling to bring back every grain of salt from the ocean.
The scallops? Let’s just say they spent a little too much quality time on the grill. By the time they reached me, all I could taste was char, as if the chef had forgotten them while catching up on a Netflix series.
Service and presentation were fine, but the food felt like a rehearsal dinner, lots of effort, not much polish. For the prices, I expected a culinary symphony. Instead, I got a garage band that hadn’t practiced.
All in all, the evening was certainly memorable and full of surprises. A few dishes wandered off-script, but unfortunately, not in a way that makes me eager for the sequel. St. George has too many great restaurants to roll the dice here again.
so I’ll leave this one off my recommendation list.

Our first time visiting this restaurant and it was great!
Our waiter Mark, one of the owners, made us feel welcome and was very attentive.
We'll definitely be back!

This was a nice little stop after a long day of off-roading. Was told by local the gas station about it so we went to check it out. It's a nice new building everything's pretty and unique. Right atmosphere inside. Induction stove top built into each table for the multitude of fondue choices.
Amongst us we had fillets and ribeyes. Unique about this place is they will bring you a hot lava stone and you can cook your steak at your table how you like. Or they will cook it for you if you'd rather.
Servers were friendly and things moved along quickly. The fondue was really good with a selection of Breads and vegetables and fruits to dip. The cuts of meat were good and not overly seasoned. All in all I would definitely go back again. You're going to spend about $60 to $75 per person.

Food and atmosphere always good. Had a slight hiccup when we weren't seen for 10 minutes but the manager stepped in and took care of us for rest of the visit.

I have gone here many times, and every time I have gone the food and the service have been nothing short of amazing. P.S I would recommend making a reservation.

We had our year end employee appreciation dinner there. We rented the mezzanine and had a private area to eat and play games.
They took care of us, we had great food and a lot of fun.

This place used to be pretty decent, but lately the service has started to decline. Not sure what changed, but it felt less organized, and cleanliness wasn’t up to the usual standard. Hoping things turn around, because it used to be a reliable spot.

We went Saturday 7/19 @ dinner with 12 people. The place had maybe 5-6 other tables, so it wasn't busy at all fir a Saturday. Had to get our own drink menus, it took 35 mins to order drinks, we were there for an hour before appetizers came out.
Then we had to ask the buss boy to send the waitress for more drinks.
Food came , stone came. Majority cooked on the stone. Steaks were good, everyone's potatoes(mashed or baked were cold) vegetables were cold. I'd imagine steaks would have been cold if we didnt cook them ourselves.
Was in town from out of state ti visit with family.

Fun place, cook your food on a hot stone to the way you like it. Good service and food but it is expensive. We went on a Sunday night as soon as they opened. We been there on a Friday night and it's very busy as expected.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was very disappointed in both the service and the food. Terrible service, and sub par food. I’ll never come back.

Very fun and different! We had fun doing the fondue, we got the California which was delicious, but very rich. We just shared a steak and with fondue that was more than enough. Service of great, food was good! The New York strip was slightly too fatty.

Anasazi steakhouse is a great place to eat. The Atmosphere abd service are phenomenal. We celebrated our Anniversay there. You have the option to cook your meat on their hot rocks, this is a fun option.
Also, their fondue desserts are fabulous, the waitress melts the chocolate in front of you on the burner that comes with the table, there is a wide variety of goodies that we were able to dip into the chocolate.

if you could think of any other steakhouse in st. george you should go to it instead of this one. the sign on their door says best in Dixie as of 2022, you can tell it’s been 3 years since that. the service was good but the steak was not, not the mention the knives were too dull to cut the steak that was cooked way to raw. save your time and don’t come to this place 😬
