I just had the cheese steak sandwich. After reading the good reviews, I couldn't wait to try it. What a disappointment. I was skeptical about paying almost $17 for 1 sandwich, but I won't be buying another one. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich had a pretty good taste, but the meat was so mushy, you couldn't even tell there was meat on the sandwich even though you could see it. What a strange experience. Lesson learned. I'm sticking with DP's Cheesesteak.

When we walked in we were quickly greated., then ordered our food which was yummy. The strawberry lemonade was delicious and you couldn't tell that is was sugerfree. The girl that helped us was named Lincoln and she was friendly and easily smiled. She provided excellent service all while assisting with window service, fry service and the front counter. When we are back in St. George, Utah, we will visit again and hope to see Lincoln.

I think I just had the best and most attentive service I have ever received at an Arby's. Brady served us at the drive thru, and when I say he was patient, detail-oriented and polite, I couldn't mean it more. He didn't make me feel rushed even once when taking my order, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we had asked for. ....And his manners just made it that much of a nicer experience. He deserves all the praises and raises. Thank you Brady.

Tonight we stopped here, the older lady running the drive up was vary rude, she seemed like she didn’t want to Evan take our order , then waited to tell us we had a 10 minute wait for most of our food tell we got to the window.

Unfortunately this review is not necessarily for this location. This location was kept clean and I saw nothing bad specifically about it. This review is for the food chain itself. The very fact that you pay $11 for a small roast beef sandwich meal is CRAZY!! I’m sorry but Arby’s overall has become too expensive and the value just isn’t there anymore. Do better Arby’s, you are pricing everyone to even eat at your restaurants and that’s coming from someone making 6 figures.
