they way over charged me they charged me for a sandwich I didn't want. No sauces and I couldn't understand the people in drive thru all of them have heavy Indian accents and you can't understand them at all. Completely messed up my husbands sandwich and put BBQ sauce on it. There was no cheese on my French dip and it tasted like it had a crap ton of mayo on it absolutely disgusting I gave it to my dog and she didn't even want it that should tell you something!!!!!

We had the fish sandwich and it was excellent. It was fresh tasting and very hot. The service was excellent they took very good care of us for being fast food. The place was clean. I was offered water which I appreciate that. Thank you Arbys I went back to Arby's and got the Beef and cheddar sandwiches ( 2 for 6.99 ) Jofren and Taylor were just awesome. Helped me with everything. They gave me plenty of Arby sauce plus the horsey sauce. I will be back for the fish. My husband loves Arby's. Thank Jofren and Taylor for making my day. I have to add more because Olivelia was fantastic. It was a joy to talk to Olivelia. My order came out hot and fresh. I got exactly what I wanted. Oliveira keep up the great work. I love Arby's.

I drove to the other side of town to come to this Arby’s to order a mint chocolate shake with a beef and cheddar and the girl at the drive thru claimed I didn’t order the shake when I did. She was very rude and unprofessional. The manager told her to give me the shake and she didn’t even put chocolate in it. I believe the root of the problem is employees not understanding English!

*Update: I got a call from a manager and a "Let's Make it Right" coupon in the mail for a free sandwich. Not needed or expected yet a nice gesture.*
I took a group of teenagers to the skate park today, dropped them off, and went to 3 different restaurants to pick up food. I dont eat fast food often so I am not sure how things go now days 🤷🏼♀️ At Arby's I pulled up to the window and they were laughing, which is a good sign in my book. I ordered 1 double #1 with a Jamocha shake. When the food arrived, the shake was vanilla. I pointed it out and the lady reassured me it was Jamocha saying vanilla is pure white. I responded that as far as I remembered Jamocha is more brown and that I believe she did push the correct button however maybe the machine was not working properly. There was no fix or even apology given for the problem. AND it 100% did not have any flavors beyond vanilla to the 3 people who tried it. Picture is of a Jamocha shake from Arby's vs DQ. You can visibly see the difference in coloring. Beyond that the sandwich was spot on and the extra red ranch was remembered 👍 It was not the worst experience and I am not saying to boycot lol but I do suggest they check their machine.
Roast beef is fresher here and not all over cooked like at some Arby's locations but the jamocha shake wasn't mixed get well, not did it have much coffee flavoring. Still better sandwiches than most.

The new shift manager Olivelia Rodriguez is such a wonder. She made sure our visit was exceptional! Will definitely be coming back to this location.
