I literally just pulled away from the drive through, my hands were too full to check the bags, I bought a French dip sandwich, and requested sauce for my mozzarella sticks, and they literally didn't even give me the French dip, let alone the sauce. What even is a French dip sandwich without the French dip🫠

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes, drove to the window no body as I was leaving i saw in my rear view mirror a employee going back in with a head set 🤔interesting way of doing service. Should continue raising those prices maybe you can pay employees that actually work Gotta Love Corporate America and please no need to reply and tell me how sorry you are, trust me I already know how sorry you are maybe save your energy for other important things

EDIT:: no service, sat at the box 5 minutes. Drove to the window, no one there, few more minutes the young man.opens the window, shocked i am waiting to order. I ask if the order box has issues. Umm dont think so.. miss the food.. but again maybe in another year it will improve? I love Arbys, but the new store off of sunset seems to be understaffed, food cold, don't try to go in and get food they ignore you, it's sad that the crew seems untrained and being a new fast food place to this side of town was hoping for better service.
